Hi y’all,

I’m a little embarrassed to put this out there – but it’s confession time! During the “Tyra’s Photography Class” episode, I shared little tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years working behind the camera. At the end of the show when rapper Lil Mama performed her summer anthem, “Lip Gloss,” I said I was going to take photos of her doin’ her thing on stage.

Howdy,

In the “Becoming Fearless” episode, I discussed people's deepest fears. Reichen Lehmkuhl shared how he faced his fear of coming out as a gay man, and activist Arianna Huffington revealed her fears about being an immigrant, leaving an unhealthy marriage and running for governor of California against Arnold Schwarzenegger!

One of my biggest fears is waiting too long to have children. I worry that my eggs will dry up and I won’t be able to have them. What is your biggest fear?

Hi y’all,

So many women think we suffer alone with self-esteem problems, but the truth is a lot of us have the exact same issues. It's important that, as women, we help each other by giving support and compliments. All it takes is just a little effort to make someone else feel beautiful and pay it forward. Do something simple today that can make a big difference. Tell five women something positive about themselves - this simple act can really boost someone’s self-esteem.
