1. If you can't decide what color to paint a room, get your makeup bag and pullout blushes, lipstick, and even eye shadows. Those are the colors that you like and that look good on you. Those are the colors that need to be on your walls.

2. In Tyra's dressing room, the standout piece was the canopy bed. Most people don't know what to do with a daybed. With a little light fabric and nails or even thumbtacks you can make a canopy nook area just like Tyra's. Just hang the fabric from the ceiling around the parameter of the bed.

1. USE EXPENSIVE FABRIC SPARINGLY: Use a luxurious fabric, but in small quantities. This will give you a great stylish look, but still save money.
