Mike Huckabee says he used to be a foodaholic – eating as many fried southern goodies as he could. That all changed when he went to see a doctor and dropped 110 pounds with old-fashioned diet and exercise. Here are his tips to getting healthy.
1. Taste but don’t indulge in treats. When offered something to eat, Mike tells people it looks delicious, but he’s too full to take a bite. That way they won’t feel bad when he declines their offer.

4. Don’t let hours go by without eating
