First of all I just want to say I am a big fan of your show. I am 20 years of age and I am from Trinidad and Tobago. My major problem is that i have dark marks on my legs which were caused from mosquito bites. I have tried all kind of skin products even cocoa butter and nothing seems to work. i know i am far away from you but tyra i feel like killing myself sometimes. Ladies, you are all right. This fool Troy Mclenny tried to get me to send money to his mama's "need to get a surgery" fund tonight and I told him no. I promptly deleted him from my yahoo mssgner. I hadn't spoken to him in 2 mos. I knew something was fishy with him because his voice didn't sound anything like the pics looked. Also I'm from the south and didn't hear a twangy accent, but a Nigerian accent. He tried to pass it off as since his mother is Nigerian, he picked up her accent. Please do not chat with this pervert ladies. After what he did tonight, I decided to Google him which is how I found all of you ladies with your stories. Be very careful on the internet and if your gut tells you something is wrong then LISTEN!!!!!

It is so so sad to hear of such disappointment caused by these scammers! There are many scams around currently, both within Dating and Modeling! It is unfortunate that many are found to be based in Nigeria.

As Moderator at an Established Talents site, we have found it necessary to check all profiles from those locations and again it is sad to say that many were just there to Scam others!

A typical scam currently is where the person pretends to be a U.K based freelance agent for somewhere like Essentials Magazine or similar! They contact the aspiring Talent with an offer and actually show telephone numbers that appear to be U.K numbers, because they start with 044 or +44 in actual fact the numbers they quote usually begin:
04470 or +4470 These are in fact premium lines that can be operated from anywhere in the World and if you call them you will be billed by anything from £2 a minute (UK) or $4 a minute (USA) whilst the scammer profits from that!

Ok say you don't ring them, but go along with the offer, well chances are the offer will show some amazing pre-payment for modeling in the next communiaction, but the catch is, the money order will be sent to you and from it you must send on part payment for something like Studio Fees or Photographer from the total payment!

Well the scam there is that the money order you receive will be fake and not go through, but the part payment you send goes to the scammer and you never hear from them again.

So you see they have you either way, telephone premium profit or scam money order! So if you receive such things, please leave well alone!

about the show on the "Fat Sploitation": i just have to state that i think it's wrong for woman (skinny or "fat") to be posing like that b/c it demeans themselves. Weight really isn't the issue, my point is just that not everyone wants to see others all exposed. I'm positive that i wouldn't want my neice & nephew to come across people (big/small) exposing themselves. I believe all of this applies to men as well. Also, i don't think that they understand what it does to their children, saying it's ok to be so provocative just lets their children know that they can do the same when they feel like it. Again, if they think it's ok for their children then fine but i don't want my niece/nephew thinking that's ok. Being beautiful in your own skin doesn't mean exposing it to the world. Confidence doesn't mean exposing yourself sexually. YES you may love your body but that doesn't mean that everyone has to see every aspect of it.

I watched the show on the 25th called fat-Splotation. My perspective concerning the entire show was diffucult to determine. Because REGARDLESS what size you are.

As a woman when you pose on an adult website or in a sexually influenced atmosphere. To cater to a particular audience. You reduce yourself within a box. Blind to acknowledge those four walls of living in self-denial reality. That you are degrading yourself as a sex object.

The point BBW internet model Trina expressed was "MEANINGLESS". When she has compromised her integrity as a woman. When their are several outlets for women of size to demonstrate feeling proud OF THEMSELVES.

When society uses excuses for their choices. Our humainty gets lost as intelligent creations. We wouldnt sacrifice our morals by peer pressure. It isnt about what your mother does. If she has a religious occupation. What reservations do you have of your own as an adult.

Most importantly as a woman what reputation do what to be known for. Besides the obvious posing and dancing in videos shaking your butt. Saying she is a adult now. Her pastor mother had her on a lease before.

You appear in a negative environment posing sexually on the internet. Women have fought to be respected mentally. Other than physically and you clap your hands applauding yourself ?...what is their to be proud of. Size wasnt an issue on the show.

A menu of contradictions was instead. Any womans size if your skinny, volumptous, full-figured, average, BBW, and SSBBW. What other attributes can someone find you attractive for ?...they all had their reasons but failed to realize coping skills.

Living their lives free of contradictions. When collateral damage occurs. You challenge the line of mainstream acceptance for your selfish reasons. Ignoring the real issues as adults. Everyone encounters as adults despite what sizes we are.

You already draw attention to yourself@ 525 lbs Trina said she weighs. Why would she throw herslf underneath the bus of critism ?...yes, be a woman proud of your size. Is she encouraging its alright to flaunt your bigger assets ?...confront your issues as women.
