Hi Tyra,

I’m in the beginning stages of starting an event design business. I love I chose to name my business “Love Crystal” because of my love for flowers. I especially love things that sparkle with a little glamour. To get started, I’ve created a line of specialty baby corsages. I’ve planned a few baby showers and the hardest part was finding the perfect corsage for the mom to be. I’m a creative person and I pay close attention to details. Each corsage I make is a floral design to include an adorable cold porcelain baby with jeweled accents and matching ribbons. The corsages can either be worn on the wrist or pinned on. I especially took note of the key points made on the show yesterday. Right now, I get customers through word of mouth. I’m working on a business plan and a website to showcase my work. I’m also working on my 10 second “elevator” pitch. It’s hard summing your passion up in 10 seconds or less. It’s difficult to toot your own horn when you’re put on the spot. I want to become successful with this and I know it’s going to take hard work. But, I believe that I can do it. It’s in my destiny and I refuse to let my talent return null and void. Thanks Tyra for all you do to encourage and enlighten women all around the country. You encourage me to be the best me I can be.

Sincerely,
Crystal
