I have a 2month old baby girl who is beautiful (an Angel sent from God) and I am a mother who cares for her very much. I am trying to find a way to get an apartment and a job so that I can leave her father who I fear keeps throwing things and yelling too loudly in front of her. (in her ears and so forth). I never dreamed him capable of such disappointing actions, but I am a good mommy (and he loves his daughter, too!) but I know that he and I are just not good together. What do I do? How do I leave when I have no money? I will only leave if I can take care of my daughter! She needs me! I need her! Any ideas on how to scrounge up money for an apartment and the courage to leave a man who loves his daughter (yet who does not love me?) !
He has the job, so he would get the custody, and that's NOT FAIR!
I'm a stay at home mom, and we barely have that luxury. We run out of money at the end of the month, so I have two dollars to my name!
Tyra Banks is a really awesome human being. Her show is so helpful to many!
I just want to be helpful to my daughter.... :(

would very much like to discuss my story. I have already been featured in a documentary so I'm not interested in an appearance, just a frank discussion. I am a retired legal prostitute, having worked at The Chicken Ranch, The Mustang Ranch and The Cherry Patch. I was happy to see that you presented a fairly well balanced representation of all the complex sides to this issue. The one I feared you over looked was one of a woman...not a girl.. who made a conscious decision to enter into the profession in order to attempt securing financial freedom not only for herself but for those she loves. I was 27 when I made the decision to "try the business". i stayed in for 5 years and it changed my life in both positive and negative ways...as most life experiences do.

You have to first set you some S.M.A.R.T. goals and write them down:
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Timely
Keep in mind that Exericse is important not just the physical but for the mental also. Exericse keeps you feeling good, more alert & productive, Handle stress better, less trouble sleeping, and keep you looking good.
Keep in mind exercising too hard does not make you fit faster. To stay fit with aerobic exercise think F.I.T.:
F- frequency -3to4 times a week
I- intensity- raise your HR 60-80%
T- time- keep your HR at training level 20 mins.
Good Luck!
I know you can do...
Have a Great & Healthy Day!
