You lost me as a viewer yesterday with your ridiculous show where you even appeared to be agreeing with Heidi and Spencer. Every other sentence they said started with "I mean" -- let's stick with putting guests on who are honest and can speak properly. I'd rather watch and listen to Lauren any day of the week. As for Heidi's clothes -- I don't care how cheap they are -- I won't buy them.

I am very sad that you, Tyra laughed when Spencer and Heidi were making jokes about nicole needing to eat. Spencer joked about an eating disorder. That is not funny. Nicole was on your show before and I hope she never comes back after you laughed at her. You looked as if you were believing Heidi and Spencer. Their stories were inconsistent and Heidi is not trying to squash the bad things between her and Lauren, she is perpetuating them and capitalizing on them. You are stupid. You have lost a viewer.

I enjoy Heidi and Spencer and the only reason why is because they're so ridiculous! I'm a huge LB and Hills fan and i watch the after show every week and i really admire Lauren for keeping her lips sealed. She's been very classy about her broken friendship and only ever smiles and says 'no comment' or just that they are no longer friends. Come to think of it i can't think of anything she's ever said as an out right dig on Speidi to any tabloid or tv show just to hurt their feelings. (which sadly can't be said for Heidi and Spencer) She is honest around her friends because she trusts them and how they'll interpret any cheeky comments. It's the rest of us that misinterpret her and/or Heidi and Spencer.

Without Lauren there would be no Speidi . No controversy. No Drama. No fun.

I am sure that both sides have good qualities and bad ones too. It was said on your show that Spencer and Heidi were being portrayed as the villains on “The Hills" so this was their chance to clear things up and I guess sneak in plugs for Heidi’s new clothing line. But Spencer and Heidi didn't do a very good job. What especially upset me was the subject on Lauren’s SEX TAPE! It was rumored by people who obviously disliked Lauren…Spencer and Heidi. No one has physically seen the tape. The overly happy couple said that they were “100% and or positive that the tape did at one time exist.” But they said that “they HAVE NOT even seen the tape and have only heard about the tape and if they did get the chance to see the sex tape, they wouldn’t go close to it.” THAT’S BECAUSE THE TAPE DOESN’T EXIST! They pretty much set themselves up for that one. Good going smart ones! Spencer praised Heidi on how much of a good girl she was, coming from a little town and as if she didn’t have any flaws. She obviously did have flaws because she did get a nose job, lip job, and a boob job which says a lot about a person. I don’t think that there were more than two sentences mentioned on how good of a person Spencer was. DING! There is nothing good to say about him! I can’t believe you said he was cute Tyra. Well I guess I can understand why you just called him cute and not hot or gorgeous. Maybe you were trying to be nice because is not even cute. There is no comparing Lauren and Heidi. Lauren is naturally a humble person and stays true to herself. Unlike Heidi, who is very big headed and is falling into the Hollywood life style too quickly. I think that has something to do with Heidi trying to compete with Lauren and being influenced by Spencer a lot.

i disagree with most of u. i think it's a good thing that heidi and spencer went to the show. We always see LC everywhere with her point of view of everything. I think it's good that both heidi and spencer got a chance to speak their mind and get a chance to explain things. Most of the show is edited anyways. I am personally on heidi's side. LC plays like shes a goody tooshoes (however u spell dat) lol.
