I thought today's interview with Crystle was cool, no matter what you make think nobody wants to have an interviewer with a stick up their butts because they think they are too serious to be down to earth. I think Crystle had a great time and Tyra DOES respect all of her guests and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. Different people have different interviewing techniques. All in all the interview went well so I don't know what Rhonda is talking about. If guests felt that they were being disrespected do you think that they would still come on her show?!

Hi Tyra,
Love your show!!!! As I was watching today's show, I realized that you are having some contestants from the Moment of Truth on your show. I think contestant Paul Schon from the season finale of the Moment of Truth would be a great guest on your show. It would be awsome to have him answer your "never been asked" questions.
Thanks,
Jacky

Please excuse my typo(s) (ie. political)and missing words in the comment below. I typed this in a hurry as I'm headed out for an appt. I just posted it, without proofreading it. But I'm sure you get the gist of my comment.

This comment is directed towards Tyra's interviews.
I TRY to watch your show. The challenge I have is Tyra's interview questions and her interviewing skills. She's blessed enough to get wonderful people on her show to interview and she makes a mockery of the process and the questions. She had Senator Hillary Clinton on the show and had the opportunity to focus the interview on national issues and stay on point with these issues, to bring much more to light to her target audience. She asked her a few great questions and then some extremely inappropriate questions - about her appearance. She then used, as an example, she looks in the mirror and wonders when did that dimple get on her butt (and I'm paraphrasing), but you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Today, she had Miss USA on her show and asked her what politiccal leader would she make out with _ or something to that effect. I'm not in the industry, but I do have common sense. This young lady has a platform that is to be used to be a role model to young girls and to be represent young ladies in America, but she subject to idiotic questions like this on the Tyra Banks show. I am so glad she held her own. This was not the only inappropriate question she was asked today, but she tactfully side-stepped these questions and kept her professionalism, reputation and credibility in tact. Had she been as silly as Tyra and answered these idiotic questions she could do serious and reprehensible harm to her career. Tyra, maybe I'm not in your target market, but you do have a lot of young, fun, but intelligent individuals who watch your show. You don't have to lower your standards as well as everyone elses to get a laugh on your show. I think ALL of your guests deserve a level of respect and it doesn't matter who you're interview, you just go there and not in a good way. There a definitely questions that Hillary avoided as well, because they would have been played over and over again in the media and maybe that's what you're going for as a means of additional publicity for your show, but maintain a level of dignity and respect for yourself by not subjecting your guest to such insipid interviews. A Senator and former First Lady and Miss USA as well as a myriad of other guest deserve at the very least respect. I didn't hear you asking some of your more senior MALE guest about any 'dimples on their butt' questions - although they are definitely asked a lot silly questions as well.

Response to "How Much Do You Make?" Show:
Most college professors do NOT make over $100K a year. That's FALSE! People don't understand that 1) professors take home A LOT less than they actually make after taxes, health insurance, and other LARGE deductions (30.76% of each paycheck from deductions), 2) that you have to have a Ph.D. (10 years past high school), have worked for a NUMBER OF DECADES, be in an administrative position, and teach in a science or tech. discipline to make six figures and, 3) be male! Most women still make considerably less than their male counterparts. I know, I'm a female college professor and will be lucky if I EVER net more than $50K or $60K. That's the truth.
PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR TO EVERYONE THAT MOST COLLEGE PROFESSORS DO NOT MAKE $100K; THEY'RE USUALLY OLDER, MALE ADMINISTRATORS OR FULL PROFESSORS!!! I'M A COLLEGE PROFESSOR AND TAKE HOME (NET) $36K/YEAR.
