Tyra, I love your show-and you are definitely as pretty in person as you are on TV, but I was very disappointed and didn't exepct it to go the way it did, maybe you don't know how your staff runs the way your fans/audience members are processed prior to getting inside the studip. As an audience guest for the taping on March 14th - I was very disappointed as to the unorganization of it. My friends and I get there at 11:15am (after driving 300 miles to NYC) thinking that we were going to get our tickets and stand in line for a 1:00pm taping, we were told to come BACK at 1:00 to line up prior to going thru security. And after paying $30 to park in the garage(it would've been nice if it validated). We stood in line for an hour, sat in the basement for another hour, sat in the studio for about 45 minutes until the taping began at around 3:40. By this time, we had not eaten, nothing to drink from 11am until 5/5:30 when we FINALLY left the studio. We were given so many instrustions as to how loud to clap, how loud to scream when Tyra comes out, when to stand up and applause. But each time that the cameras were off-Tyra would go behind the curtains and do whatever it is that she does for about 1-2 minutes, not once did she interact with her audience, O-she did wave a couple of times, wait my bad the cameras were on! She doesn't speak to the audience, she doesn't show any of that kind personality off camera as she does on camera. I just have to say - it was nothing that I expected to experience going to one of her tapings of the show.

So, I went to her show yesterday and I must say she IS beautiful and skinnier than she looks on TV. She didn't even say HI to the audience and had NO contact with us. When the cameras were on, she was so sweet and charming but once the cameras were off she had this stern face on and wouldn't talk to anyone. The same was with her guests...the camera was on..she was all sweet to them once the camera went off she IGNORED them once they tried to talk to her!!!

I too was on the Tyra show..the one that just aired about plastic surgery nightmares!! I agree...the WHOLE thing was scripted! My story was NOT told!!! I was BARELY shown on the show as well because of the "nice" factor!! People BELIEVE Tyra is all sweet and bubbley..friendly..caring..she is NONE OF THE ABOVE!!! SHe acted liked she HATED being there!! What a mistake it was to go on that show and look like a fool!!! I feel your pain!!

She never said ONE thing to the audience. When you watch the show, she looks like so much fun and as if she cares about her fans.I woke up at 4am to go to NY to see her, waited in the FREEZING studio basement 2hours. When the cameras were on she was the sweetest person ever..funny, interactive but when they were off she ignored everyone..even one of her guests. While the cams were on, she was hugging him, laughing, talking once the cams turned off she turned around and ignored him.

I went to tyra show 3 times last year in LOS Angeles,i was very dissapointed that tyra didnt even interact with the audience OFF cameras, we spend like about 5 hours just sitting there and she doesnt even acknowledge us!! that really sucks...my mom even mentioned the same thing....tyra i love your shows and all..but that was really messed up!

I watch your show everyday at 5. I finally went to one of your live shows in NY yesterday. What a let down. I coulden't believe it was all script and not personable at all. You were not at all what you see on TV. I actually brought someone who has never seen your ahow and now will never watch it. What a disappointment....
