I have watched like, every cycle like, a billion times. My biggest passion, besides meeting you, is to be a model. I want to influence girls, like what you did to me. But I am not skinny and not the prettiest girl in school?

I love your shows, I'v been trying to be a model for so long i started when I was 5 years-old Im now 15 going on 16, but there is one thing im very shy in front of people so what do I do?

Hi tyra... as these other girls, i love both of your shows, and watched all of the cycles plus the re-runs. I'm a single mother and i still think that i still have a body for still trying to model.. im only 5'6 1/2, and 112 pounds, but i would love a shot at it!! thank you!!

For a research paper i have for a Rhetoric class, I have taken the position that most people are influence by the advertisments they see on television and/or magazine advertisement. What is you stance on this issue and do you believe that most Americans feel the same way?

Hey Tyra, I love both your shows, and the positive messages you are always sending out to young women. On ANTM you and your crew (Mr. Jay, Ms. Jay & the others) keep it real, and that's what's up. I was wondering...and you can keep it real......Why, oh why do they not have petite models ANYWHERE? (I am 5'4, 110) Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but a sista like me LOVES the runway. Any advice? Write back sooner than soon. :-)

I am absoulutely OBSESSED with ANTM. I no every winner and have every cycle recorded on Tivo. My mom deleted alot of them because she says I am a maniac about the show. My favorite winner is Caridee. She is SSSOOO beautiful. i also like Eva. She has a spicy attitude.lol. I love acting like i am a model and have even practiced my walk!! I am 13, but i hope here in a couple of years you will come to Portland, Oregon so that i could apply.

My name is Alaa im 20yrs old and im all the way in South Australia, i have been watching all your shows i love them so much and i have learnt alot from them. I wish there could be an Australian next top model coming soon but that usually never happens here. I love modeling its my dream to become a model. However, i have parents that would never let me do anything like that they are very strict with me and it kills me to see beautiful young women dreams come true and me here still dreaming. can you please help and give me advice to what i can do in regards to becoming what i want to be. i have friends, family and random people that see me and are very amazed with my looks, and talent that i keep. After reading most of the posts on this wall, I realize I have alot in common with these girls. A passion and common interest in modeling. I wont bore you with the same details, I want to audition for America's Next Top Model cycle 11 (since 10 is casted) And I cannot find how to audition for it anywhere! Hey Tyra,
I read some of these comments that people have posted, and i have a totally opposite problem. All of these girls are saying that their too short, i am 6'3 and i am just wondering if being 6'3 is too tall for the modeling industry. I am 14 years old, and i've been watching your shows forever! I am really thin, and almost too tall, so some people think that i dont have the right height requirements for modeling. I just need some advice.

Hi, Tyra! I'm Dessy and I'm 14 years old. My dream is to be a model but this is impossible because I'm not tall. Even I may be am under average height. I'm not sure, I don't understand these things. Each my classmate is taller than me :( except one girl but this is exception. Obviously my dream is not going to come true because my father is not very tall and I'm the spitting image of him. now that that's out of the way, i was wondering if you'd be able to advise me on something...modeling is obviously much about the cameras and the lights. the cameraman gets up close and personal with your skin. i however, have really bad skin--large pores, blackheads, and acne scars. Modeling is a serious dream of mine, and i feel like i really could do it--except that my skin may hold me back. i can't imagine doing a CG shoot with the skin i have now.

also, I'm going to audition for AMTM cycle 11, so i really hope i get to work with you!!!!!

I was hoping I would just be able to email you, but since I am having a little trouble finding how to do that, I will just comment you instead. Well, I am a sophomore in college and instead of gaining the freshman fifteen I actually accomplished the opposite. I have never been a very confident girl, but I am trying to work on that right now. The problem is that I am 5'10" and it is nearly impossible to find jeans. 5'10" is not THAT tall, but I just happen to be all legs, and it seems as if I spend hours upon hours desparately trying to find jeans. Not to mention, the longer they are, the more expensive they tend to be. Well, I have yet to find any that fit and I am at a loss. I figured you might know a little something about this and if you have ANY advice I would be forever greatful.
