First off I will introduce myself. I'm from a small town in Kentucky which I am in my first year in college. I have tried to model in the past, I was "chosen" for a contest. And this contest was one of those that made you paid 1300. After the "agency" took my pictures, which I didn't get to keep, I never heard anything else from them. After that low blow and other I have gotten throughout my life, I never wanted to do it again. I also "filled out" which resulted in negative turn downs. But after watching your show and seeing what chances you give these women that would usually get turned down my most agencies. I am not the stick then model but I am not yet plus size, or I might be considered. I am about five ten and around 150 lbs. But to sum this up, I would love to audition for America's Next Top Model. When would Season 11 auditions be?

Dearest Tyra,

First and foremost I would like to congratulate you on your successes not only as a model, but as an inspiring talk show host and mentor to many youth throughout the nation. That alone deserves credit. However, that is not the reason for this letter to you. I am writing you because I feel that you let me down as a role model. Up until recently I was an avid America's Next Top Model fanatic! Really ask anyone who knows me. What changed my views was when I was not picked for a call back at one of the casting calls. Tyra, you weren't even present at the Casting Call. The whole casting call seemed completely fabricated. The casting crew did not even look at the video,but maybe twice during the taping. They kept the ones that fit the aka typical type. When I watched the show, the following month, the girls were so typical that it hurt. It hurt me personally in many ways. I then decided to get up enough courage and try out for another casting call. I went to a website that I had recently visited a whole year and a half prior to the airing of the show when Jaslene won and it was to my surprise the same girl Jaslene again. On the same website, and won the contract supposedly on the show with the same company. I have so much more to prove that this show is a phony, but I wish in the end that you would just admit to the other millions of hopefuls with potential to give up on their dreams of becoming america's next top model for the sake of being honest. I have not had a desire to see Jade in another hair magazine, Euly in another nail shop window, nor any of the other girls. All I want is an explanation from you personally Tyra. We ( my family) all love you as a person and feel you totally let us down.

Hi tyra, my name is Ariell and I love ur show ANTM I hope to appear on the next season in 2009 when I turn 18. I am an aspiring model, I've been through Barbizon for schooling and competitions,and auditions and so forth. But still I havent really received any paying jobs, I'm really passionate about modeling. I was wondering why short women can't be models? when I was 14 or 15, I was shopping with my mother in Herald Macy's and one of the cashier said I was beautiful and should go upstairs and audition for American Next Top Model. I hope that my mom didn't scare you with that story of hers. Her name is Heather, and she's an author she writes kid books and she wants to write books about my grandma's life when she was a kid but she wrote as if she were my grandma to make it seem realistical but no one ever wrote back to her to say if they liked it. The book is about my grandmother Lianne she's only 67 years old.It talks about her dealing with Crohn's Disease because back then the doctors didn't know what it was so they had to give her all these different medications to see which ones would work best, it's sort of like her journal but my mom's putting it in her own words.My grandmother grew up in Ontario but at the age of 5 she moved to New York because of her dad's job and when she was 9or 10 she got the disease and when she was 11 she moved to Washington and now she lives with us in L.A. I love her so much and I can't wait until my mom finishes her book.My grandma wants people everywhere that have Crohn's to know they're not alone and that they're normal. If you see the book( I don't know the title) it will be in probably take a while but she'll do anything to get it out to the public to send my grandma's message, well you heard it from me it will be a great book- not the best but pretty good.

I love you so much!You are such a great role model for everyone! Especially me! I watch your show whenever I can it rocks and you always pick really good topicks that grab people's attention.That's why I'm glad you have it on 2 times every night. I also love America's Next Top Model. I watch it whenever I can and of course when it's on. I've been thinking of going on it when I'm older but my parents think it's not so great of an idea to do when I could be at university, but ofcourse I haven't thought that far yet since I'm only almost 13.
