Well I have been struggling to loose weight for awhile now and it is so hard. There are so many people who come on your show and I am not sure which one I should try.
I gym for an hour an half, I eat right. But I dont know where I am going wrong. I am so far, dont know how you will help. I really want to loose.

Hi Tyra, I am 21 about to be 22 in April. In 2003 I was in a car wreck that broke my back and paralized me waist down, I am in a wheelchair. When I had my wreck I was 17years old, 5'2 and at 120lbs. I am now at around 180ish and very down about myself. I was always a very out going person and the weight gain has made me very shy. I have tryed everything...but being in a wheelchair I cant do lots of stuff. I cant go to a gym because everything is for people that can walk. I tryed water exercise and it gave me more energy...didnt loss any weight...but my inseriants stopped paying and so I couldnt do that anymore. I dont eat fatty foods and I only drink water. I still havent been able to loss any weight just gain. My weight has put a strain on my happiness and health. If you have any thoughts on how I could loss weight please share. Hey tyra, i just turned 15 and i live in Orange California. When i go on vacation people that find out where i'm from always look and are like "Omg you live in the O.C." Thats great in all but then i've had comments like "i thought all the O.C. girls were skinny." I play sports so i have muscular tighs and arms, and so i'm not as skinny as most of the girls at my high school. Another thingthat puts me down is that both my parents are over weight and think i should eat more. I have many skinny friends and thn some friends that are my size, but i always feel like i'm HUGE! I'm 5'6' and about 145-155. My weight goes up and down but i'm always heavier. Sometimes i feel like i should purge or not eat so that i will look better. I know its bad but wha else can i do.
