Sexual orientation, like religion, is a personal choice. Tyra's show about bisexualaty was very open minded and non judgemental. On the other hand on her show about different religions, Tyra lumped Wiccans and pagans in the general devil worshiping vat. nothing could be farther from the truth. One can be a good or bad pagan, just as one can be a god or bad christian. As a pagan I resent her bashing my religion and then condoning a lifestyle that the mjority of christians veiw as an abomination. I am not judging anyone. I just hope that others return the favor

I usually enjoy your shows Tyra, but your show on bisexality was very socially irresponsible. I am from the 'to each his own' school of thought, but that is in regards to consenting adults only. As being a role model for and being very concerned with the well-being of teen and pre-teen girls, you, Tyra did your young viewers an injustice by presenting and therefore condoning the sexual activities of a 14 year old girl. Even worse, she began her sexual exploration in her pre-teen years which is deplorable. I'm very upset that you would promote this type of sexual recklessness amoung children that need and want your guidance and approval. We know they may be doing it, but you should not be endorsing it. This is a low point in your journey Tyra, you have exploited this young girl for voyeuristic television escapades. You have saddened me.

Hi Tyra Banks,
This show is another very
controverial issue on sexuality (personal gender).
I also think it a subject of
speculation! You bring up some very interesting questions to your quest and
you are quite persuasive and
straight forward with them!
I would like to a comment on
your question to a lady in
the audience when asked her
If she ever fantasized over
a woman when she is with a
man, and if she fantasized over a man when she is with
a woman! She answer yes to
both questions! She immediately admits that she
could be bisexual. I have a
question about this. How can one's (fantasy thoughts of someone of the
same gender determined one's
sexuality if they have not
been sexually active with anyone? I think it is a case of speculation!

I have a question for straight women would you ever except your that boyfriend be bi even though he is completely commited to you?
Gay men dough you see yourself in a serious relationship with a bi man?
just curious cuz I don't feel anyone would be comfortable with a relationship like that. It's why I wonder I should let anyone know about me I don't think either would except it even if I am fully commited to them.

In this day and age being bi-sexual or gay is just the new trend. Will the real gays please stand up! I'm willing to bet if you follow these teens throughout their life, they will end up settling with a man. Real gay women don't particularly want to have a future with a bi-sexual woman. There's always a chance that a bi-sexual woman will end up back with a man. Real gay woman are serious about being gay, and in fact love being gay. It's not a thing where they are afraid to come out, or are going back and forth between women and men. They are gay! They are not attracted to men, nor do they want their potential partner to be attracted to men. Young people see this lifestyle as something taboo that they just want to try. Real gay people have dealt with real life altering issues and have remained in for the long haul. Thankfully, being gay is now more acceptable to the normal society. Prior to now your life was in danger for just being gay. You didn't see a bunch of people claiming gay then. Once this fad wears off that is generated by the media, you'll see a little less attention on young people being gay and bi-sexual. Just because you have an experiment with the same sex does not mean you're bi or gay, it just means that you are experimenting. If that was the case, the whole world would be gay. I believe every woman at one time or another has thought about being with another woman. That does not constitute her being gay, or even bi., they are just thoughts. There are not as many true gays as you may think. Again, will the real gays please stand up!

Hello Tyra,
I seen your show on bisexual and gay teens. I have a great show idea that I have never seen. The difference between the African American lesbian lifestyles versus other races. I am a lesbian and I have found that there is a difference, even when it come to a stud and femme versus femme and femme. I have so many great ideas that most people have not attempted to touch.
Thanks, Nikimba

Hi Tyra, this is my first time on your website, the show about bi's is what brought me here. I am about to be 15 and I am a bi, but everyone at school won't except me for who I am when I tried to tell my BFF she told everyone, then the whole 7th and 8th grade hated me, but I feel like I need to tell someone and talk to someone who is like me. Do you know or have any ideas or what I can do to find someone to talk to?

I've been struggling with my sexuality for a while, and this show kind of put things into perspective! Thank you so much.
I was wondering two things:
1) What were your answers to the quiz they gave
and 2) Where can I find the extended version of the quiz that you mentioned on the show?
Thanks again, I love your show, you do such great stuff on it!

Tyra ur right, not all parents r as loving and as understanding as Misty. Altho my mom is there 4 me, my dad isn't, he has flat out said he hates gays. And I've been keeping my thoughts 2 myself about who I am, being lesbian, bisexual, or strait. Which has put me into a kind of depression, and it just hurts everyday knowing he hates me being who I am.
