I just wanted to say that I've been watching your show ever since we realized how strongly you felt for gay rights. Another thing you need to work on is the blending of races and promoting Salt n' Pepper as they are now (ie "only the black women dance") really sets apart your other fans. . . Could you ever accept a white group doing the same thing? It would be horrible and completely unfair and I'm so disappointed that you didn't say anything to them about. It makes me think about what your stand on race issues are and if yours is a show I would continue to support.

the only reason they have those big girls on that show is to shut up the critics that say that the show discriminates against plus size girls. they have no intention of letting those girls win because when it comes down to it america is still stuck in the land where girls have to be a size 3 to be considered beautiful. it's a shame that being plus size isn't accepted, however advertising being big isn't exactly responsible because being fat is unhealthy but so is being too thin . i wish america could find a happy medium for being healthy and pretty!!!

Hi Tyra:
How are you doing? I saw the show this morning with Salt-N-Pepa and Spin. All three ladies looked great. They were my favorite girl rap group in the mid to late 80s and early 90s. It was great to see them perform again. Take care Tyra and stay safe.

I was watching from the other room. Did I hear Salt n Pepper say "Come on black girls"? or something to the extent of that? Why do black people get to have a double standard? If it was a white singer out there saying- come on white girls, the black people would be having a fit. You guys can have BET- channel devoted to all things black, but if white people tried to do that- it would cause an uproar. You can have all black pageants, but yeah watch what happens if white people try to do that. The double standar is ridiculous and something you should address on your show.

First of all, Top Model DOES have plus size models on it. Last season there were 2!! And what about Tocarra? There are requirements to be on Top Model because in the fashion industry, there are certain requirements to live up to.
Secondly, the show is awesome. I loved Salt-n-Pepa today!! I'm so glad they are back together. If they tour, I hope they come to Cleveland!

i just want to say that tyra is such a hypocrite
she say that size doesnt matter but for her top model show it does. i think that if she really ment that size doesnt matter than her show wouldnt have so many requirements to be on her top model show. Im sure a lot of people will agree with me.

i think tyra is so fake. she tries to act like she relates to every guest and every problem, which is impossible because she a freaking supermodel!!!!she tries so hard to act like she is just one of the girls on the tyra show and i believe the diva she is on antm is the real her. she made me sick with her so what campaign because the only reason she has so much confidence is because she is a freaking supermodel!!!! i would strip to if i looked like that and all that was , was a self-serving act to get back at the mag that called her fat. so she had to get all those women to do it to so it wouldn't be so obvious. if it was really "so what" she wouldn't have had to do it at all and no response would have set the best example not stripping on t.v. and then getting all those women to do it too!!!so tyra quit pretending you are one of us when you have no idea what it is like to be an average american woman!!!!!

Hi, Tyra:
I have another question: I seem to be all stomach, and have the beginning of a fat apron, and no waist line. I have watched What Not To Wear and your show, and any other fashion shows, but it seems they all cater to younger women. I am 65 and except for being a little overweight, could pass for 50. I want to dress appropriate for my age without looking frumpy.
Love your show!
