Tyra I think that if you're black, try to look like a black person, every time I see the show, your hair and make-up make you look more and more like a white person.
That look just entertain the so called celebrity look" you can be a celebrity and be who you are. Why everybody wants that straight long hair, wants all that make-up. hmm Think about it.

Tyra, I think it's pretty unfair and biased to have only one democrat that is running to be a guest on your show. You should also have republicans as well. It appears you and Oprah are using your fame and show to promote your political views...very disappointing to say the least!

I was very disappointed in your attitude while watching the Obama show. Show some class, lady!! One does not ask a candidate if he will let her have an overnight stay in the Lincoln bedroom. I was shocked when you asked that, plus your whole general attitude lately. It almost seems like you're on some kind of uppers (although I know you're not)....but would like you better if you'd tone it down some. I chuckled when Obama couldn't say anything nice about our current president. I'm sure 'HE'D" like to have the troops home too. Don't judge another until you've walked a mile in their shoes. Am becoming so sick and tired of certain people in Congress belonging to the Democratic party who are so negative about EVERYthing if it involves President Bush. No, he isn't 100% correct all the time....neither are any of the rest of us!

Tyra I wanted to say thank you for having Barack Obama on the show a while ago. I believe that the show was very important because it let people know about him and how inspiring he is. I was not going to vote because I just don't care about elections and I felt as if my vote wouldn't matter. If I did have to vote now I would have chosen Hillary because that is the name that I know, but now after watching your show I feel totally different. He seems so real and I believe that he will actually do the things that he is saying he will do if elected. You have always been my number one idol but now I have a new respect for Obama and I wish him all of the luck in the world and I pray that he will be the one to run our country.

Hey Tyra,
I just wanted to say how awesome it was to see Barack Obama on your show. I'm really excited about a Presidential candidate comming from Illinois (which happens to be my home state). He has been a wonderful thing for this state, even when he was only a state senator. Everyone knew he name around here (and that is a big thing because being from Springfield... we don't tend to care about "Chicago-ians"...
Any way I just wanted to tell everyone that I was there the day he annouced he was running for President. My two friends and I stood out in the FREEZING cold (and I am not even exagerated.. I couldn't feel my lower half for hours!) just so we could see a piece of history in the making. Let me tell you... it was AMAZING! Hearing him say that he was running for President and hearing what he had to say made me believe that maybe there really are good politicians out there!
And last but not least: GO VOTE! Make a difference in this country!

Hey,
well I much like Obama was against the operations in Iraq since ... months before it even started.(2002) I ran out of breath trying to debate the issue with various people/groups. To be honest the outcome is actually better than I predicted, which you can imagine wasn't too positive.
Get those troops out, and never repeat the mistake. theentire ME policy must change if things are to get better there in the long term.
Obama is a good choice, and Hillary is as well Tyra. You know that. ;)
Peace Tyra, You make my days Brighter, I thank you sincerely.

hello Tyra! love you, your show and your support and enlightment of women :) Here's something that's been on my mind for some time, so it's time to share it with you...One of your Sept shows had a young gal in her 20's from Florida (if I recall). She had a major problem with profuse perspiring/ sweating. A doctor injected her armpits with botox (?) injections to stop the sweating. Your show also graciously awarded her $20,000 in additional treatments. The one question screaming for an answer was "What was causing the sweating???" The $20,000 in treatments were only a temporary treatment of a symptom. The "sweating" symptom is her body saying "something is off balance/ not right". The "cause" was not determined. I'd love to see a show about a few of the many common mis-diagnosed and undiagnosed medical issues many women experience and suffer with for "years" (myself included). From my experience and extensive (amateur) research there's a major flaw in the medical field's ability to properly diagnose and treat common ailments that have major impacts on people's health and life.
Here's just 2 of the conditions: 1. Hypo- and Hyper-Thyroid conditions (can cause a page full of symptoms!) 2. Hypo-glycemia. Both of these conditions can cause excessive sweating. Plus, if these two conditions go untreated, a person could suffer major life- threatening consequences such as going into acoma ! Bottom line is = many people needlessly suffer. Change is needed. Thank you for time! Many Blessings to you, JP in Dallas (PS--Thank you for having Paula White on your show....it'd be great to have Joyce Meyer on too)
