Tyra, I would love more than anything to have Reba McIntire on the show. Here is a woman who came from a very low-income family, wasn't really seeking the career, and was found by someone else. She sang the National Anthem at a rodeo, and was found...Obviously God's timing and God's work. Not only is she a wonderful musician, but she is an excellent actor, she has stayed true to who she is with her music, she doesn't change it just to make the world happy, and doesn't change her music or style to attract more fans. She has been in this business for a long time. She has done many charitable things, I remember a few years back she received the humanitarian award voted in by fans. I know that many people would rather see some rocker, or pop person on the stage, I love that music... but Reba is a very remarkable person. You two have more in common than what you probably think. Hello, my name is Cristina, I'm 17, and I live on Long Island. I first want to say that I love America's Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show.
Now down to business...the Jonas Brothers are a hot new band of brothers that are taking the world by storm and are a must-have on your show. Kevin (20), Joe (18), and Nick (15) sing extremely well, play their own instruments, and write their own songs. Their career really kicked off when their sophmore album, Jonas Brothers, premiered at number 5 on the Billboard Charts its first week out and when they opened up for Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus on her Best of Both Worlds Tour. Now their album is certified platinum (selling over 1.1 million copies) and in March they finished up their Look Me In The Eyes Tour which they headlined. They are also getting ready to tour in Europe as an opening act for Avril Lavigne and in the summer they are coming back to the U.S. for their 2nd headling tour called the Burning Up Tour and their third album will be coming out too. Tickets for both headlining tours have sold out in less than 2 minutes across the country! They also really know how to perform and keep the audience's eyes and ears glued to them!
Their two singles "S.O.S" and "When You Look Me In The Eyes" have been number one on my local radio station, z100 100.3 NYC, many times and their music videos for both have been on TRL's countdown multiple times.
Many other talk shows have had the Jonas Brothers on which has created a rush of teenage girls to the studios. I was lucky enough to be in the studio audiences when they were on TRL and Good Morning America (I would like to add ur show to where I've seen them); after TRL when they were leaving many girls ran past the cops to get to them and during Good Morning America they were 1000s of girls outside the studio wanting in. They have also been on The Ellen Show (3 times), CBS Early Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Live with Regis And Kelly, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol's Idol Gives Back, American Music Awards, Teen Choice Awards, Kids Choice Awards (won Favorite Band), and on April 24 they will be on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
They aren't just great muscians, they are also great actors. They made a guest appearance on Hannah Montana, their TV movie Camp Rock will premiere on Disney Channel in June, and they will be taping a new sitcom for Disney called J.O.N.A.S soon. Also, they have a reality show coming out on Disney called Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream which follows them on tour.
And they have other great qualities too! They are extremely nice guys and are always so sweet to their fans. They also have very strong Christian values that they live by. You will get to see all of that when they hopefully come on your show.
And last but not least, have you seen how gorgeous they are and how great of style they have?!?! I mean come on how can you pass that up.
