The “Raw Food Diet” Recipe for Angel Hair Pasta and Marinara Sauce
MATERIALS NEEDED:
A spoon and food processor
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium to large green zucchinis
6 medium size roma tomatoes
12 sun dried tomatoes, soaked
3 medjule dates, pitted and soaked
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Use your food processor to cut the zucchini into thin strips, reminiscent of angel hair pasta. For the sauce, you don't need to chop or dice any of the ingredients. Simply combine all ingredients in the processor and blend.

UP HERE IN THE NORTHERN COMMUNITIES BOTH U.S.A AND CANADA WE EAT OUR MEAT RAW SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY THE INUIT. IT IS MOOSE, CARIBOU AND REINDEER. WE COOK OUR MEAT AS WELL. VEGETABLES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT ONCE IN AWHILE DURING SUMMER WE EITHER BUY OR HARVEST VEGETABLES. NORMALLY IF WE WANT THEM WE BUY THEM EITHER FROZEN OR IN A TIN. SHOULD YOU NOT KNOW WHERE WE'RE FROM, LOOK EITHER IN AN ATLAS OR A MAP AND YOU'LL SEE THAT WE'RE AT THE VERY TOP OF NORTH AMERICA. WINTER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER . THERE IS SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DOWN IN SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES. THE HUNTERS ARE GETTING READY TO GET THE WINTER FOOD. WE STILL HUNT FOR MEAT BECAUSE THE STORE BOUGHT MEAT IS TOO EXPENSIVE! BESIDES ITS GOT TOO MANY GROWTH HORMONES AND OTHER CRAPPY STUFF THAT AREN'T GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. I AM FIRST NATIONS WOMAN WITH DISABILITIES AND I USE A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR.
