The “Raw Food Diet” Recipe for Angel Hair Pasta and Marinara Sauce

MATERIALS NEEDED:
A spoon and food processor
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium to large green zucchinis
6 medium size roma tomatoes
12 sun dried tomatoes, soaked
3 medjule dates, pitted and soaked
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Use your food processor to cut the zucchini into thin strips, reminiscent of angel hair pasta. For the sauce, you don't need to chop or dice any of the ingredients. Simply combine all ingredients in the processor and blend.
(Recipe makes 8-11 cups)

More or less nothing seems important. It's not important. Shrug. Whatever. I've just been hanging out doing nothing, but eh. I can't be bothered with anything lately.

UP HERE IN THE NORTHERN COMMUNITIES BOTH U.S.A AND CANADA WE EAT OUR MEAT RAW SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY THE INUIT. IT IS MOOSE, CARIBOU AND REINDEER. WE COOK OUR MEAT AS WELL. VEGETABLES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT ONCE IN AWHILE DURING SUMMER WE EITHER BUY OR HARVEST VEGETABLES. NORMALLY IF WE WANT THEM WE BUY THEM EITHER FROZEN OR IN A TIN. SHOULD YOU NOT KNOW WHERE WE'RE FROM, LOOK EITHER IN AN ATLAS OR A MAP AND YOU'LL SEE THAT WE'RE AT THE VERY TOP OF NORTH AMERICA. WINTER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER . THERE IS SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DOWN IN SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES. THE HUNTERS ARE GETTING READY TO GET THE WINTER FOOD. WE STILL HUNT FOR MEAT BECAUSE THE STORE BOUGHT MEAT IS TOO EXPENSIVE! BESIDES ITS GOT TOO MANY GROWTH HORMONES AND OTHER CRAPPY STUFF THAT AREN'T GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. I AM FIRST NATIONS WOMAN WITH DISABILITIES AND I USE A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR.

Dear Tyra,
I have been such a fan of yours from you on the runway, to ANTM, to your photography, to your show, and to your wonderful, inspiring spirit. I just graduated from high school and have been tossing ideas in my head for college. I have been interested in the field of fashion design, but I have no idea what the best path for me to follow into that career. I want to design my own line of clothing, do fashion photography, and eventually have a runway show of my own. I would love to hear the most honest advice you can give to me. It would be an honor to hear from you. Tyra you always keep things real and thats what makes you an amazing person in my eyes. Thank you for your time and always remember to keep it real, be honest, and always always be FIERCE!!! Love Ashley

tyra i watch your show everyday and the best show came on friday, august 31. When you had Stomp The Yard cast. Have mercy, i so wish i was you because chris brown is one of my favorite people. i wish i could've been that girl who was his biggest fan. all i would like to do is dance with chris and so like spend a day with him. i dance all the time. dont get me wrong, i am a fan of his music and acting but i still look at him as someone like a "brother". i just wanted to tell you that i watch your show everyday when i get out of school and seeing chris brown on tv is something i just always catch. And one of these days, my prayers will come true and i will run into CHRIS BROWN and be able to dance and talk with him. In Jesus name...Bye tyra and love you!

I RECENTLY WATCHED YOUR SHOW ABOUT EATING DISORDERS FOR HEAVY AND THIN WOMEN/MODELS AND THOUGHT YOU GAVE GOOD INFORMATION FOR BOTH VIEWS OF EATING DISORDERS. YOU DISCUSSED ABOUT THE PRESSURES TO BE THIN WITH CHILDREN WANTING TO BE LIKE THE MODELS FROM THE MAGAZINES. WE KNOW WOMEN HAVE A CONSTANT STRUGGLE WITH THE PRESSURE TO BE THIN TO TRY TO IMPRESS AND ATTRACT MEN (OR WOMEN) AND WE ALWAYS TRY TO UPLIFT EACHOTHER TO BE STRONG BUT WHY CAN'T WE SHINE THE LIGHT TO THE SHALLOW MEN OUT THERE AND SHOW THEM THAT MODELS HAVE SECRETS TO LOOKING GOOD! WE ARE CONSTANTLY COMPARED TO MODELS/ACTRESS ON MAGAZINES BUT THEY SEEM TO NOT REALIZE THAT ITS A PICTURE AND NOT REAL LIFE. I KNOW MAGAZINES WANT TO SELL WITH SEX SYMBOLS AND THATS FINE EXCEPT MEN PUT THE PRESSURE ON WOMEN TO LOOK LIKE THAT. I LOVE YOUR ANTM WHICH SHOWS THE TRICKS YOU USE FOR MAKING A PICTURE LOOK GOOD WITH MAKE-UP, LIGHTING, ETC. UNFORTUNATLY MEN PROBABLY AREN'T WATCHING LIKE US WOMEN WOULD LIKE. I SAW A CLIP OF A MODEL FROM BEHIND WITH HER TOP OFF SELLING JEANS. THE WAY SHE WAS TURNED GAVE HER A LITTLE LOVE HANDLE ON THE SIDE BUT IT LOOKED CUTE AND LIKE A NORMAL WOMEN. I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THE FINAL PICTURE WAS OF HEIDI KLUME WITH HER NATURAL LOVE HANDLE AIRBRUSHED OFF. I HONESTLY DON'T CARE IF A MODEL WANTS TO SELL SEX APPEAL OR BE THIN BUT IF YOUR GONNA BE A ROLE MODEL AND SAY THAT YOUR PROUD OF YOUR BODY THE WAY IT IS, THEN WHY HIDE A TINY LOVE HANDLE? I THINK MORE PICTURES SHOULD SHOW MORE NATURAL CURVES. WHY ARE WE HIDING?! BASICALLY I THINK WE NEED A SHOW "FOR MEN" TO SHOW THAT MODELS ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL BUT THEY DO GET TOUCH UPS TO MAKE THAT PICTURE MORE HOT! SHOW HOW CLOTHES ARE CUSTOM MADE, LIGHTING, POSING TRICKS, MAKE-UP, AIRBRUSHING! WOMEN ALREADY KNOW THIS BUT MEN DON'T AND THATS WHERE THIS NEED TO BE THIN COMES FROM. PUT AN ARTICLE IN SPORTS ILLUSTRATED OR PLAYBOY ABOUT THESE TRICKS TO HELP US WOMEN OUT! MAKE A SHOW ON MENS CHANNEL WITH REAL MODELS SHOWING BEFORE AND AFTER SHOTS. THEY DON'T BELIVE US BUT WHEN IT COMES FROM THE MODELS IT WILL HELP US OUT. MODELS ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT THEIR ALSO REAL WOMEN SO SHOW IT! MODELS/ACTRESSES NEED TO STEP UP TO SAVE LITTLE GIRLS AND WOMENS LIVES FROM EATING DISORDERS AND SPEAK OUT ABOUT FALSE IMAGES ON MAGAZINES AND MOVIES.

Tyra,
This show was great! I loved Jillian!! Her team will win! Trust me. From someone who has lost 85 lbs, and tried EVERYTHING to do it! Her method of counting calories and exercise is the best way to go. The raw food diet would be good if you were looking to enter a vegan lifestyle, for the rest of us who enjoy meat and cooking for that matter will find it difficult. Dr. Ian's method is very similar to Jillian's but without the math, and that's a problem. Any life time weight struggler knows, if givin an inch, they'll take a mile! When you're on a diet, you can't eat just two cookies, and if you can, believe me they'll be two of the biggest cookis you can find. I've found for myself that stricter guidlines work best. I like to know how much of everything I can and should have.

HA! This RAE Diet is the best! I actually accidentally put myself on the diet. This is more than just a diet, it changes the way you view life! After changing to the raw diet , I went from being tried all the time (well, not ALL the time, but the majority of the day). Then, after two days on the diet, I felt alive for the first time since high school! I had a ton of energy and I was more aware of my body and its needs, because I wasn't bogged down with all the heavy foods I usually ate. I would suggest anyone looking for an energy boosting diet to try the Raw Food diet! ONLY one warning: Watch your protein in take! You'll know right away if you forget to have a protein one day, but you can quickly get back up from that mistake. You'll just feel crappy until your body acepts the protien.
