What Should Be Tyra's Next Undercover Assignment?

Man SuitIn her exclusive “Undercover Series,” Tyra has become a 350 pound woman, posed as a stripper, spent time in prison, and lived a day as a man. What's your interesting idea for something you’d like Tyra to explore and experience first hand, undercover and in disguise?

HI, Tyara my name is Tierra
I'm a young women who's tryin my best to find a good job.

tree kitchen all look stone all america vacant are canada

stone me kitchen right house australia busy

tyra should go undercover as a lesbian!!! lolz. that way, she can see how cruel people are and stuff. i know and she knows they are terrible, but maybe she could try being les for a day - dating/making out with girls, etc.

I THINK TYRA SHOULD GO UNDERCOVER AS A TERRORIST STEROTYPE. PUT HER IN FULL FULL MAKE-UP TO MAKE HER LOOK MIDDLE EASTERN, THEN THROW HER IN A AIRPORT, AT THE SEPTEMBER 11TH MEMORIAL, AROUND A SCHOOL, A SUBWAY STATION OR AROUND GOVERNMENT FACILITES. I THINK IT WOULD POINT OUT WHAT MIDDLE EASTERN GO THROUGH DAY TO DAY.

I think you should go undercover as a good talk show host who is smart open minded thinker who doesnt always talk about herself. that would be awesome

Go undercover on a show about pigments on the hands, face, legs and watch how cruel people is i has it and cry everyday

i think the next assignment should be going undercover as a dark skinned woamn in comparison to a light skinned because we as the dark skinned women have a harder role in society in that very few people appreciate our skin and who we are.

heyy tyra

u should go undercover as one of those street performers in hollywood itd be so funny to see you dressed up as homer simpson or a vegetable or something

hay i see this show all the time sometimes it sad and all the time it is nice. and i try to be on time so i would not miss it. some day I want to be on your show and see u face to face. write back

Hello, Tyra.
My name is Jr. I've been a fan of yours ever since Your talk show came out. I dont watch the girly episodes, but the more masculine ones I do. To me, I think you should go undercover as a substitute teacher to really get the insight, and mindset of young teens in school.
I am a teen, 15, and kids at my school have NO respect whatsoever.
There are depictions of sex, drugs and violence in many schools across America and I think you should do a documentary on it. It would be very interesting and helpful for many parents. It would probably shock America too!
I realize that you interviewed teens in the "Sex In Public Schools" but that was just an interview. We all need to see the real-life, true definition of how teens really act.

Saludos! I'm a widow of 63 years old and I would have love to have a daughter like you. You should make a program of missing persons. I have a missing sister for over 20 years and we would like to find her. Please help us. Thaks

Hey Tyra.
i would just like to say i love your show.
And i think you should go undercover as an average teen girl, or someone else.
Todays society is horrible with the teenage girls, they arent safe with sex. and drugs.
Please cover this on your show

Hi Miss Banks: Congraulations on your success. It may interest you to know that you are becoming popular on African TV as well. I visited Ghana this May and many people including men saw your show on Shea butter products.

What you may not know is that the Shea tree is in danger of getting extinct and women who are the major producers get paid pea nuts for their hard work. In my presence, a poor rural woman got paid for $ 19.00 for a 25 pounds shea butter.

To save the shea tree and to build the income of these poor rural women they asked me to tell you that you are their last hope. They have also given me pour Shea butter ( non industralized) to give to you.

Please this is a spiritual calling. I believe you are real, sensitive and human.

I'm working towards my PhD in economics to help save the shea tree and to increase the income of the women. Please help me in this humane quest.

Thank You. I hope you are doing well.

Hey Tyra
I'm such a huge fan of yours and i pretty much watch all your shows..well anyways i was thinking if you can go under cover as a young teen ager thats a homosexual living in the streets...i guess i lived the life since i was 15 not having my parents as backbone nor the validation they had towards my sexual orientation ..so the only solutions they had for me is out the door and pretty much deal with my own self issues...i was confuse and betrayed by my own family..coming out to them at 15 ..thinking that their were going to be on my side...i only had my self to support..i live at the streets for a about a month.parks to parks, school bleachers, and parks again...the life style i had was painful i was still attending high school at the same time.trying to better myself..then of course Im thankful for all my friends on providing me with everything that was my needs..also provided me a shelter for a 2 year period...im 20 years old now...and i still haven't spoke to my family...i have a boy friend that takes care of me and i work ..and i know life will soon to be better for me...thanks for listening theirs more to the story...love you tyra

Hi Tyra-
I've been reading these blogs and I am so disappointed at the lack of self esteem some of these girls have- especially mentioning their flaws (which I'm sure are very real to them) however are not what I consider a flaw. Everyone has differences about them- that's what makes us beautiful women!
I was born with a syndrome called ABS- both my feet are clubbed and my right hand is missing 3 fingers. Looking different was hard for me when I was younger, and I of course have tons of scars from my 20 or so surgeries. I was once asked if I wanted the scars removed and I said "No- these are my battle scars. They tell the story of my life."
As I grew up, I got over the fact that I looked different and instead embraced it. I now live with chronic pain everyday in my feet and it is very hard for me. It makes me sad to see so many people pointing out their so called flaws when people like me have so much more to deal with- it makes me think "If tiny stretch marks or a little back fat will make some people not leave the house- what would they do if they had a physical defect like me?"
Today I am a confident, married 28-year old. I'm 5'9" and get told that I should model all the time. I am in horrible pain 24/7 but nobody can see that- I walk fine but will never be able to run or wear high heels. I write with my hand that is missing fingers and it hurts me, but many people believe it or not don't even notice that I have these defects because I have been through so much pain in life with surgeries and everything else that I realize I must hold my head high and take everyday as it comes.
Are there any others out there who share my opinions on knowing that these flaws I hear about on this blog could be so, so much worse for these people and that they should take a day and live with someone who has real issues- maybe then they would forget about their flaws and realize that this is the only life they have and need to stop focusing on the bad and be happy with the cards that they were dealt.

RE: Sharon Eldridge and Ruth Lycke
Tyra - Ruth is also doing incredible work with WEIGHT LOSS - I believe you can help her to help so many people. Additionally, she has aspirations to bring overweight children to China to help them overcome their obesity. As a formerly 410 pound physical therapist - I can honestly say that Ruth's work is worth supporting.

I do not know Ms. Eldridge , but she seems to be spot on.

I have included my BIO so that you can understand the platform from which I base this opinion:
Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Life Coach, chef-in-training and former stand-up comic based in Riverhead, NY. He specializes in providing guidance and support to clients interested in re-claiming their health and vitality. Although he does work with anyone seeking to improve their health, he is particularly interested in clients battling with their weight. He uses humor and compassion to infuse people with a passion for their health. He helps them to see how the quality of their body's movement, the clarity of their mind and the food they eat are all vital parts to getting what they really want out of life. He then helps them figure out how to "fit it all in" by helping them to accumulate SMALL changes in their already busy life. He has found that the "right" small changes are easy for people to do and they always accumulate to big results.

As it so happens, Dr. Russ knows a thing or two about BIG! In addition to being a Doctor of physical therapy and a certified Wellcoach(R) lifestyle coach, he has been there! At a top weight of 410 pounds, he has lost over 230 pounds and turned from life full of destructive eating habits to a life full of health and ADVENTURE. His book, "The Truth Diet" is the product of years of personal experience, professional expertise and exhaustive research. Dr. Russ is here to help you live the life you were meant to live! He is available for speaking engagements, cooking classes, private and group coaching, kitchen "boot camps", physical performance training and of course, physical therapy. His practice, New Life in Progress, is located at 633 east Main Street, Riverhead, NY 11901. www.newlifeinprogress.com

In addition to offering numerous seminars and demonstrations at New Life in Progress, you can find him teaching healthy cooking techniques at The Natural Food Gourmet Institute in Manhattan as well as the Suffolk Community College Culinary Institute. He also holds a teaching appointment at Touro College, School of Health Sciences in Bayshore, NY and has instructed students in Massage, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology and Therapeutic Exercise. He has been part of the patient discussion panel at the International Conference on the Practical Approaches to Obesity, hosted by Harvard Medical School multiple times.

Dr. Russ has appeared on the Food Network and on the Oprah and Friends XM radio show series with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. His food related adventures have landed him on the pages of The New York Times, Long Island Newsday and Boating Magazine. He is also a contributing writer for WLS lifestyles magazine as well as many local, Long Island publications such as Dan's Papers and The Suffolk Times.

He also maintains memberships in the National Speakers Association, American Society for Bariatric Surgery, The American Physical Therapy Association and The Obesity Society.

On his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family and on the water. He is a US Coast Guard licenced captain, professional sailor, kayaker and rock climber. His kayaking adventures and mis-adventures have lead him to be published on paddling.net. Since his weight loss he has completed a few Triathlons and paddled the open ocean from Montauk, NY to Block Island Rhode Island.

Thanks - Russ

Dear Tyra, it you ever have a show in which you fix saggy baggy legs with plastic surgery please keep me in mind. I exercise like crazy but my legs are still loose. The skin has become loose. I am only 45 years old. I don't know what caused it, the sun maybe? I used to be a sun worshipper. Please help a tired RN who needs a "lift". You are so beautiful and sweet. I wish I had legs like yours! Oh well, I'm blessed tremendously! God has given me a wonderful life. Hope you know the Lord.

Stay sweet!
Ruchelle

Dear Tyra

My name is Sharon Eldridge and I am an African Am female
strokesurvivor. On Jan 25, 2007 I suffered a massive stroke & a brain anuersym. I'm writing to encourage a story to inform your viewers of the tragic results of a stroke. I also want to make them aware of the effective treatment that is being done in China. In this time running up to the Olympics people are searching for hometown connections to China. I want to become one with your help. I would like to work to raise the funds necessary to receive life-changing treat-ment in China. I would also love to be followed prior, during, and after my treatment to show your viewers the hope that exists in this ancient form of medicine.

Tremendous strides have been achieved through the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Their ancient (time proven) medicine: this involves twice daily acupuncture, deep tissue massages done by the doctor as well, herbal medicines & soaks, cupping therapy & steam therapy (where containers filled with herbal medicine are placed underneath you to draw out the toxins in the body) versus our western style medicine which involves limited physical therapy and numerous medications.

After working diligently in therapy for more than a year I still have practically no use of my left arm or hand. It has been proven that the more rapidly this treatment is sought the more returns an individual can expect. I want very much to travel to China as your ambassador for health. I have been assured by the president of China Connection (Ruth Lycke) that they will assist in providing video and even work with Tianjin TV to secure satellite time for potential live broadcasts. I am currently in need of assistance to raise the funds to cover my medical expenses in China and I felt this effort would be best served by working together with you. It is my sincere desire to receive this treatment to restore full use of my left side, and allieve the numbness of my face and to correct my vision problems.

While I have been receiving extensive therapy & pills to try and assist in the the numbness, nothing has been done to help restore my double vision problem. The stroke has forced me into accepting SSD and I have since found out that it is the number 1 cause of disability in the US. I ant desperately to seek this treatment and increase the awareness of people to the devastation that stoke causes. The China Connection Foundation assists with the trip and providing a non-profit foundation to earmark funds to. China Connection LLC provides individuals with the invitation, assistance and travel assistance for treatment. While the foundation does not have the funds to cover the cost of about $20,000.00, they can assist by providing tax benefits for those desiring to contribute to the cause of helping stroke survivors recover.

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Sincerely seeking treatment in China,

SHARON ELDRIDGE

hey tyra.
i think you should go undercover as a teen drug addict on the street. Show some kind of intervention... shine light on a NEGLECTED TRUTH CAUSE YOU ALWAYS DO

Hi Tyra,

I think you should go undercover as a welfare mother. In the current climate of government reform, its only a matter of time before they start attacking Welfare again. I have lived through the welfare system here in philadelphia on and off since '95 and there are certain prejudices that must be exposed and overcome. People are prepossed to think poorly of the poor/working poor. I've seen my friends and family and even my children go through snubs and pain because of it.

I just think this would be a really good topic to explore.

interracial relationship

Tyra,
I think you should go undercover at college.
Please bring back the show to L.A. What is wrong with L.A?
