Dear Angel I want to thank you for changing my life.
You came into my life at an impressionable age of 19. I fell in love and married you at age 22. For the last 10 years, I made you the head of my life and the center of my heart.
I put my all into our union, put nothing before you or above your needs. I proclaimed you as my leader and master. Fortunately, you decided to take my love and use it as a sharpened sward to control me and break me down. You made me believe that no one loved me but you, No one could trust me like you, and No one would respect and honor me as you did, therefore I should follow and obey you, and I did.
I feel fortunate,
If you had not been so cruel and controlling I would not have learned the greatest lesson in life. The understanding of the First Commandment “Thou shalt not have any Gods before the Lord God”
You see my angel I learned what love really is from the hurt, embarrassment and disrespect that I have endured in this marriage. You taught me how to love & be loved by being so abusive. I learned how to respect & be respected by allowing you to be disrespectful. I learned to trust & be trusted by listening to your hurtful lies. You taught me how to honor & be honored by the way you consistently dishonored our marriage.
My Angel, you helped save me. You taught me that only God can Love, Trust, Respect and Honor me like no man can, “unconditionally.”

Therefore, I should follow and obey only Him.

My Angel, I learned that everything I depended on you for,
I already had in Jesus.

He said, “Goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever”
Every time I wanted to die, He gave me the will to live.
He said, “There is a time for everything under the Heavens and this too shall pass, Joys coming in the Morning.
My angel I always pray for deliverance, unknowing of the outcome of my prayers. But I know that even in turmoil, God is always in good works.
He said, “For I will not know what to pray for, but the spirit will intercession for me with groaning which can not be uttered”.
You see my Angel; the devil was also an Angel that uses good people to pull us away from Christ. He tried to use you to guarantee my demise, but what he didn’t know was that the Lord had already created you for my SALVATION.
Jesus said, “I am the way the truth and the life: No man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
My Angel you helped save me. It was you my Angel that made me call on the Jesus and beg for his mercy and grace.
He said, “For whosoever shall call upon the Lord shall be saved.”
I believe that the God put you in my life to show me how to Love, Trust, Honor and Respect Him first and then myself before any man. I also learned that in order to possess qualities of God, one must live in His light.
He said, “The way of the just is upright.” I am now able to have healthy relationships with others because I learned to look for God in them. So I am saying Thank you my Angel for changing my life.

My name is Tamika, and I am 18 years old. I have always wanted to be on America's Next Top Model. I'm not going to lie, growing up I wanted to sing, but its not for me! I am passionate about fashion and modeling and I know if I were to go on the show I would WIN, I'm not being conceited, but I am confident, and if I don't win I know God has something different planned for my life, but I am positive that I would win because its something that I LOVE! However, I want to loose weight before I come on the show. It has nothing to do with my size but I want to be in shape and I want to be healthier because the weight I am at right now is unhealthy. Watching the show I have seen a couple of plus sized models that are successful right now, but compared to me they are small. I am kind of embarrassed to say my weight but I know that things have to change. In NO WAY am I saying I have low self-esteem or that I don't love myself, because I've already been there, and I have realized I am beautiful, and I will no longer allow ANYONE to take that from me because truthfully I ♥ ME and I will always love me, but I do have flaws, and I see my weight as a flaw and I have to work hard. But in the mean time, its hard because I'm watching someone else take my dream...it so hard for me to loose weight. I've done various diets and it seems like every one I do never works. No one seems to like it when I try to tell them to give it a chance and to just look at a bit of the truth. They don't like it. Please help me, and many others, raise awareness about animal rights and the truth behind our food.
