I saw your show where you helped a girl with her teeth. My only dream for years has been to have a nice smile. I have always wanted white teeth. Growing up we had well water. No flouride. I have spent alot of money trying to keep my own teeth. I do not want false teeth. I have had many root canals, fillings and crowns. I truly wish for crowns that would all match and that could be put on at the same time. Not as I could afford them. I just went for a consult. For the 8 crowns that I would need for my size of smile it would cost $6000.00. Of that my insurance would pay $775.00. If I opted to do one a year so my insurance would pay half, it would take years. I would have to endure one white tooth at a time. If you could make my only dream come true like you did that other girl, I would forever be indebted. I am a single mother of 2 and 5o years old so my hope of this coming true has faded a great deal with time. Please help.

My name is Courtni Butler and I am responing to your question for your fans "What have you always wanted to do?"

Well first let me give you a little background of who I am, and how I have become me. I am 19 years old, turing 20 in July, I go to college at the University of Central Arkansas, but I graduated high school in Phoenix, AZ. Im a city girl living the country lifestyle!
I started writing poetry when I was 15 years old, I was a sophomore in high school. My best friend Ashley put me on. Ever since I wrote my first poem "Love" I haven't stopped. I write not because I am good, but because I want people to know that the power of one word can lead nations to peace. It takes your opinion to change something. Poetry to me is like a drug. Writing takes me to a natural high that I can't explain. Expressing my feelings and thoughts on paper for everyone to read and relate to is a beautiful feeling.

I perform here at my school in talent shows and open mic nights or just infront of the Student Center sometimes for anyone who wants to here. I do it for them, not for me.

My point, you want? Tyra, one of my many goals in life is to be able to recite one of my spoken word poems on Russel Simmons Presents Def Poetry Jam. Russel Simmons is one of the most influential men that I know of. He makes a difference and is does not take his fortune and use it for himself.

I wish I had connections, Tyra, but I don't. Like I said I live in Conway Arkansas and I wouldn't know where to start if I wanted to get a hold of him. But that is one of my goals and I plan on getting up to New York somehow!

a POEM! I need to write. It needs me to see the ink on the papers sheet. It needs to feel me wanting it like it wants me. Oh how sweet my poem will be, just in the pages sitting waiting, patiently. My poem has feeling, it feels like satin sheets right after you shave your legs, my poem feels like the skin of a woman that was just lotion down with smooth soft scented cream. My poem thinks. It thinks of what you might think of it. My poem isn't insecure, it is determined. My poem is on a mission, to unfold a story you have needed to hear, my poem speaks. My poem tells you that everything is going to be ok, my poem is there for you like a mother hears her child’s cry, like God hears your prayers, my poem. I have a daughter cirra and she is the most wonderful daughter in the world and. She has survie the deaf or her father at the age of five and it is so amazing how she can rember the few things her and her father had spend when he was here he was always around and was a wonderful father before he past away. She still have her ups and down when it comes to thinking about and was here to see the wonderful things she has acomplish in her life. I am writing you because of her acheivements and how she has met with some of he most inportant goals,but she is stilltrying to reach bigger and better goals.She will be graduating this year april 27 2008 with her baclors in nursing and will be returning to school the following year to recieve her masters.I just wish she could get some of the blessing in her life do something she would really enjoy doing,that wouldn't have anything to do with school or work. My daughter has adopted four familys for christmas,she is also a big sister to a young lady that she met from signing up for the big sisters and big brothers program,she has all dose a lot of volenter work for sever organizations.I am one of the proudest mothers around,because has learn from me and other famliy members. So my wish is to be able to do something with her she would never forget and also enjoy.I am not finacualy able to do anything big for her or be able to really let her known how proud of her. She thinks only bad things happens to her and that things like her car breaking down. She and she would have to work more hours just so she can keep her car runing so she can get back and forth to school and work.She has had her purse stolen with money credit cards and other things that was personal or something that will try to hold her back or make life more difficute,and stressfull.I would like for something wonderful and exciting to happen for her. She needs to know the work and the things she has done for others and staying in school and graduating from college with honers.Tyra if thier is something you can do to make her day i would greatly appriecate it with all my heart.

What I have always wanted to do is a passion that I want to share, but I don't know how.
Here's some important background:
I was married to a man with AIDS in 1996. He passed away 6 months later. He was so healthy when I met him, and we had the best sex life. We made love with condoms, but we also had times when there was no intercourse. We had so many intimate ways to please each other that were 100% safe!! We never crossed any unsafe lines. He loved me too much to ever risk hurting me. Of course today, I am not HIV infected and I have always wanted to share these safe, but fun secrets with single women out there.
I know that when I was between the age of 16-26 and single, there were sooooooo many times I had intercourse when I really didn't want to , just because I didn't know how to please my guy any other way. I never got pregnant, but I was lucky I never got any STD's! I feel if we could teach women to give a good hand job, or use "toys" , or learn some sexy secrets, then they wouldn't have to give oral sex or intercourse if they don't want to. How can I get this message out?

They are two things that i always wanted. I've always been self conscious of teeth, when i recently went to the doctor he told me the older i get the more my teeth will show out of my mouth. I know i have to fix them but i have no means to. To me is a big thing because i love to smile and i don't anymore. My second wish is college. I am currently in college right now but for the second year in a row i had to come out of my pocket to pay for it. If they was a way for me to pay for school i broke down and thank God. School is everything to me that's my way of knowing i can be successful. I watch your show all the time and i would love it if you could make one of those wishes come true.
