This family helped me at a time I thought all was lost. I had struggled with meth in my past and ended up losing my teeth because of it. It was really hard to find a job based on the fact my teeth were rotting out of my head and I had no dental insurance. The Elbrader family helped set me in motion of getting my life back together. They eventually talked with their family dentist and the dentist agreed to help fix my teeth for free and on their own time. So I guess I should say the family and the dentist should recieve something so amazing because it is hard to find caring people in this world today. I thank God everyday that there are people like them in the world who are so unselfish. Please help me find a way to repay them because they are very deserving of it. Thank you!

Dear Tyra,

It is probably nothing special but my biggest wish is to go to college. I am eighteen years old and was supposed to be a senior in highschool this year but I graduated highschool a year early and with honors.

When considering college my parents encouraged me very much to go. But.... they weren't going to help me. They aren't willing to sign a loan with me and they thought it to be incredibly horrible for me to need some of there information to fill out FAFSA.

I recently emailed my school to see what other options I had; my parents make too much money for me to get any grants. But when they aren't willing to help me does that mean I am not deserving of an education until I am 30 and have the credit and an income over $10 an hr?

Would you cosign on a loan with me? It is for $4,000 dollars. You will never pay for it I just need a valid cosigner.

Please consider me; my biggest wish is to get a degree in Health Care Administration and help all those who helped me as I spent a majority of my highschool years in the hospital; having seizures and brain surgeries.

Hi Tyra,
Well I always have wanted to be a nurse and have had a life long love of animals but now after 5 back surgeries and 18 years of nursing I find myself disabled. I take about 22 different meds a day and some of those are more than once aday. I have to have another back surgery-spinal fusion due to my spine deterioriating above the last one and have lost use in both hands due to severe carpal tunnel so I need to have surgery on both of my hands and would also like to have weightloss surgery.
My husband is the best man with me being sick and gaining alot of weight he still loves me just the same after 15 years. We have rescued a couple dwarf mini horses. They are full grown and about the size of a lab or smaller and i would like for us to have a home even a mobile home with a few acres and barn or building where we could give a few more of these needy animals a home and also some teaching of how we could earn some money to help care for them. I'm a makeup artist and I'm very good. I've made a living at it in the small town in which I live, however, my biggest dream,is to work on a major motion picture. You see Tyra, because of where I live, competition is fierce and it's very clickish. I'm a member of the union, film commissions in the surrounding areas, but no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to break into this circle. Everytime I apply for a job, everyone keep telling me, it's who you know. There has been so much work in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas, but it's who you know. There's a movie called the Soloist, featuring Jamie Foxx, that's shooting in the Cleveland area on the 18th and 19th of April. I received a telephone call in reference to my resume. When I hadn't heard from anyone, I called the makeshift production company in charge of hiring in this area and was told again, it's who you know. Well Tyra, I feel the best way to deal with this is to come straight to the source of someone who could shed some light on what to do. How can I get to know someone if I can't break into this little circle. This has been my dream for the past 30 years. HEEEEEELP! Please. Would it be possible to get to know you, by being a makeup artist for a day on your show or I just know you know Mr. Sam Fine. Do you think maybe he can shed some light on some of his experiences and what to do. I'm at a loss, but no matter what, I won't lose faith and I won't give up. THIS IS SOMETHING I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO.
