Well my wish is to become a top model like you.The thing is I dont have the model looks or anything like that.i cant afford to go to LA or New York for any model agencies because Im always home.My family doesnt have that much money.i would like this wish because i would want to give back to my parents who did so much for me.They want me to go to college and better myself but the colleges in my town dont have nothing intresting for me.I would give anything in the world to have this wish..

My name is Laqreshia Weaks a.k.a Que-Que. When I was Younger I always wanted to be a model, but every time I went to auditions the people wanted money. So as I grew older I knew that I wanted to still be in the fashion industry, so I wanted to become a Fashion Designer. Not just any Fashion Designer but the greatest Fashion Designer. I’m still in High school right now; I have been taking a lot of business classes so that I can already have credits for college. My dream is to be the first person in my family to actually do something with my life and become someone intelligent. I have really learned lots of things from my past so that I can become a successful black woman. I try my hardest to not let my past get in the way of my future. I want to be able to stop my “generational curse”. I want to become the women little girls look up to. And to let them know that even though your past hurts it can help you become a better person. Another reason I want to become the first person in my family to do the right thing is because I want to let my Mother know that she needs to grow up and to take responsibility for her kids. I’m almost out of High School and I know that my siblings need a mother they can talk to all the time, not a mother that’s not with them at all (doing whatever she wants to do). My mom was almost never their for me, every time she went to jail she hurt me, every time she told me that she was going to do something for me and not do it, she hurt me. I don’t want my little brother to have to go threw the drama and confusion that I hade to go through. Since my mother basically left me out of her life I came to the conclusion that I will be nothing like her, my children will not have to worry about when mama is coming home or if they are going to see me any more this week. Sometimes I cry myself to sleep thinking about my mom, what she hasn’t done for me and why she doesn’t call me just to say that she loves me. I want to be able to show my mom that getting a degree is a good thing; not being able to take care of her children is bad. I don’t want my mom or me to leave this earth knowing that its hard to love someone that doesn’t care about you. PLEASE HELP ME TO TELL HER TO GROW UP IM DYING INSIDE. I have been living with my dad and step mom since the 7th grade, I’m very very proud of what they have been doing for me. I want to be able to say thank you very much for doing what my mother was suppose to do for me. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know where I would be. I have already been thinking about what the name of my clothing line would be and everything. I want to show them that they have helped me achieve my dream. And that I LOVE them with all my heart. So Tyra please help my mom.

hey tyra my name is nicole and my dream is to have my mother Juanita's dream come true. she is a very good women and just like any other women she aims to see her children make it in lie my older sister&brothers are all good people it would mean alot to us all if you can help Our mother out she deserve all the things in the world and i i could sell my soul to give it to her i would because she does so much or me and my family and sometimes i wonder how but at night i can hear her crying for help i guess because we live in an appartment that is gorgeous and we are in very bad debut and i know it but she never wants to admit i and i know it is an awul thing to say but my dad has a good job and makes good money but he has to pay chilsupport to another women for my two older siblings and on top o that he is an adict to coke and he smoes weed an cigarettes and not to mention he is in really bad shape and i scares me to have his huge burden on my family's shoulders but we are araid that he is going to die if he does not get his priorites together and it's hard to talk to him because he is my dad and to him is like he can never be wrong but it sadens me that my mother has to carry this and we cannot do anything because o a mothers pride so i try my hardest to do well in school so i can keep my mother happy o tell you the truth its really staring to weigh on me because as Far as having a place to come home to day ater day is becoming as short as a line a very short line it hurts because we lived in that buliding since i was 2 yrs old and my mother loves that buliding so much when there was nothing in it she provide such as a tenant group to sit down and talk abou the problems in our buliding. like the episode with mario i can really relate because its a hard thing to do my dad makes it tough or my mother to be happy and all i want is my mother to be happy and comfortable.

I feel the responsibility of supporting my Mother morally and financially-despite my being a full time college senior (I’m 22). My Mother has sacrificed her education and limited her career choices to raise me.

Due to that choice, today she is unable to find a proper employment despite her many years of experience internationally.

The weighting atmosphere at home, morally, and financially have been a challenge for me as I feel helpless towards my Mother who has sacrificed herself to offer me a future and education for which I work hard for yet have become burnt out and distracted for by her situation.
