My name is Katie, I'm 22 years old, and my husband and I just moved to Nashville, TN to pursue our music careers. However, we've had this dream lingering in our minds for quite some time now to start our own business... we want to own our own cafe/coffee shop that only uses fair trade products, is environmentally friendly, supports products made in third world countries, and can also exist to support local musicians here in Nashville.
We think this place could be a haven for locals, and will be an ethically driven business that supports our local neighbors as well as our foreign ones. Can you help us start building our dream???

I even went as far as calling an orthodontist and asking about the implants, I was informed that if I needed all of my teeth removed, I would need four of them, they are $1800 per implant. My name is La Donna Belcher. I reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. I would just like to start off, letting you know that I have never responded to a talk show comment page before, but I thought this time, what would it hurt? My biggest dream is to get my teeth fixed. I am a wife,and mother of two a 13 yr. old son and a 5 yr. old daughter. I'm also a foster parent of two, a 16 yr. old boy and a 7 yr. old boy. After I gave birth to my daughter, I noticed my teeth were jacked up, and have been getting worse as the years go by. I was suppose to have the top row pulled out, but I've been so afraid, I'm only 34!, oh did I mention my husband is 9 years younger than me, and we've been married now for 6 yrs., by the way his teeth are absolutely beautiful. My dad has dentures, but I just can't see me constantly taking in and out my teeth at the age of 34, this has brung my self esteem down to the lowest. I use to have a beautiful smile, I would always have a smile on my face, now it's a different story, you will not catch me smiling, now it's like a Ceilly thing, you know from the Color Purple? I hate to get pictures taken and if I do, I do not smile in them. I tried calling the orthodontist to see how much it would cost me to get implants, they told me that it would be $1,800 per implant, and if I needed all my teeth pulled, I would need 4 of them. That is a lot of money, money that I do not have. All the money we get goes on the house and our 4 children. So, I try and hold onto these loose, gapped up broken down teeth so that I will have some. I'm a very proud, independent woman, and if you do not get to this comment, at least i had the opportunity to vent.

Hey Tyra,
My name is La Donna Belcher I reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. I've never responded to a talk show question before, I thought this time, what would it hurt? I'm a 34 yr old wife, mother, and foster mom, even though I dislike that term, foster mom. One thing that I've always wanted was a new smile. I have very loose teeth, that really need to come out, but I've been so afraid, I see my dad with dentures and I do not want the ones you take in and out that has the pink roof part to it, I'm only 34, oh by the way I fogot to mention my husband of 6 years is 9 years younger than me, and his teeth are absolutely beautiful. I use to have a beautiful smile, but as the years went on and me having my 2nd child, they are just so broken down now, they are gapped all up, and jacked up. Every woman hates to feel old, and that's exactly how I would feel looking at my young husband with no teeth. I don't even like to smile any more. Back in the day you could not keep a smile off my face. Anyway, I know that you will probably never get to this letter, but like i mentioned earlier, it doesn't hurt to try.
