Weight Loss Tips from the Duchess
The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, travels all across America talking about the importance of healthy eating and sensible weight management with the Weight Watchers program. She is quick to point out that healthy eating is not just for those trying to shed pounds. A well-balanced diet and healthy eating habits are important for everyone in the family.
The Duchess offers these tips for people looking to lose weight:
- Eat a variety of healthy foods, regardless of where you are (what city, what country, etc). It’s easy to follow the Weight Watchers program because you can eat real foods and still stay on track.
- Activity is key: keep it simple. Plan your day around activity. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and get in a brisk walk before breakfast or stretch your legs during lunch.
- Don’t be deprived of the foods you love. Eat your favorite foods, like gourmet cheese (my personal favorite) but be mindful of portion sizes.

Hey Tyra first off I just want to let you know that I love both of your shows especially your talk show. You have so many different topics that so many people can relate to. I think that is awesome, thank you so much for that. But I just turned 18 and I have been struggling with my weight since middle school. I am grown now I want this to be over. I am 5'5 and 205 pounds. Wow did I just say that but yea most of my weight is around my mid section. People tell me that I don't look like i am 205 pounds. My boyfriend is so supportive of me even though he loves the way that my body looks. I tried a number of things but cant seem to find something that works for me. What kind of tummy exercises do you do. Please help me so that I can feel beautiful about myself so that I can see the beautiful women that my boyfriend sees in me

Hey Tyra,
First of all i have to say i love your show. I need alittle help. I just had two children back to back and my youngest is fixin to be 1 year old, and i can't seem to loss the stomach, i weigh 125lb and i still look like im about 4 months pregant, you know what i mean? can you help me with this issue..i've tried everything, and it seems like im losing everything but my stomach...

im just wondering, im about 5-10, 150 pounds and im 16 year old... i dont think of myself as skinny, but not over wieght? is that heathly for my age and hieght? Everyone tells me im fine, that im skinny, but i dont think that way, what should i do?

My name is Ariel I am 12 years old and i weigh over 200 pounds and my height is about 5'7 and i been trying to loose weight but i been getting bigger i have strech marks on my arms,legs,stomach,and back i need to loose weight and loose my strech marks on my body i been useing cocoa butter cream for almost a week now i need some ideas from u please i at lease want to loose 100 so i can weight about 90 or just 100 pounds so please can you help me
