The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is a department of the FBI who work undercover to investigate those who prey on children. As the nation's resource center for child protection, the NCMEC spearheads national efforts to locate and recover missing children and to raise public awareness about ways to prevent child abduction, molestation, sexual exploitation, and the victimization of children.

HELLO MS. BANK'S : I will try not to take up to much of your staff's time. I remember you said once that your staff reads every email, so I am preying that they read mine. I am not emailing you to ask for tickets,money,or any kind of monitary donation. I am writing you to ask for help. My mom was abducted and molested when she was a child and now she wants to do something that will help the police, parents and family members find their loved ones. She has invented a device that will catch predators and bring our kids and loved ones home the L.E.T Devices (Locate every toddler) I know my moms ivention works but she has hit a dead end because I don't know who to call to help her market and get it to the public nor does she have the connections to have anyone sit down and listen to her. She held a women’s meeting and invited 70+ women over to our home to talk about her product to see if it was marketable and everyone there wanted to know if she had any they could buy and sorry to say she did not because she did not and does not know how to get a multitude of them made. I would love for you or your staff to sit down with my mother and let her tell you the full details of her invention so you would know that I’m not and she's not just another crack pot trying to get something for nothing or trying to get our 15 min of fame she really does have something to offer this country and abroad for years to come her product will save lives and help people.
