Hey Tyra! I am on of the many huge fans of yours. I feel like i know you so i just have a story to telly you. Well yesterday i went to woodfield mall to try out for a jcpenny prom fashion show. Well i waslked onto the runway for the first time in front of all the people at woodfield and i was sooo nervous but i kept going. Writing and writing my whole life out on paper was to me a relief beacause i was never understood with my words, but in poems everything was understandable. Poems led me to loving music and became my passion. when my poems became deeper and deeper, i decided to express my poems by singing them. though my main point is im 18 now, married and blessed with a wonderfull husband whos showed me the true meaning and feeling how/what it is to love a human person, and i've wrote so many songs based throughout my life, the first song i ever wrote i was about 12,13 years old, im 18 now and i never knew how i could get my music promoted or just out there, im not all about the fam or be known for what i do, but ive been trying for so many years to put my songs on a c.d or just any way my music could be heard, though i never had the money to record my music or didnt know people who could hook me up with some studio time. I was in chorus for two years but I don't think I can sing that good, but when I was going to try out for Drama club I had to move to Ohio. Some people believe that your spirit carries on some of the hardships its been through in the past I think that is what you may be dealing with.I also wanted so I really do love your show and how down to earth you. I have a hidden talent that I've not shared with very many people. No one knows that I still play the violin. I took up the violin in Junior High in order to stay out of trouble. I was a troubled kid and got into many fights, abused drugs and drank at the ages of 12- 14. I was put into group therapy called Impact by the school and found ways to "vent" my anger or express my emotions through music. I learned that music can convey and/or provoke a myriad of thoughts and emotions to the listener that can be very moving. The violin was my outlet, my passion if you will, for expressing what was bottled up inside of me. It was the one thing I became good at. And even though I'm no Mozart, I still play for therapeudic reasons. My life has been difficult and I've had alot bottled up inside that I don't share with family and friends, so my violin is how I get it all out.

I watch both of your shows. I am a child of the 80s and so am older than your target audience but I like to keep up on things. I think you are sincere and care you are "for real". They compare you to Oprah but you have your distinct style. What you share with Oprah is brains, charisma and a talent to understand people. I will continue to watch both of your shows.

Tyra your gorges and girl you work it down that runway, my talent is to be fashion designing, I’m 16 years old and I’m huge on fashion I love every thing about it from the colors, styles and fabric I have to say I’m addicted to fashion.
I take a fashion class and I teacher tells me if I wonted ever to be in the fashion industry I would have be older.
But I wont to keep trying to find out more information about becoming a fashion designer, to me fashion is everywhere and you cant ignore it.
I love to create something beautiful and be able to present your self with a stands of glammer, I would love if you could give me any information and also you are a wonderful a person and send off and perfectly image.

tyra: please help me i,m a mother of a very pretty young lady who wants to be an model. i find that over the last year she is mad at me because i got sick an could not finish paiding for barizon modeling school. iwould love to pay for it but i just can not at this time. may baby walks out of the house when she wants and i worry that something will happen to her she is my life. my daugther is my everything to me what do i do to help her get over this anger.

hi tyra..i love your show sooo much..and ur my idol!..i would love to be a high fashion runway model one day but i have 2 problems: 1)im too short..5'4"..just like the girl that won modeling star 2)my mom doesn't approve because we're muslim and she says that muslims should not show their hair and wear revealing outfits..help! i really wish i could be a model!
