MY NAME IS SUNNI. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR CHILDREN. I STAYED SINGLE FOR YEARS UNTIL I MET THE MAN OF MY DREAMS BOBBY. BOBBY IS A RECOVERING METH-ADDICT WHO SUFFERS FROM METH-MOUTH. HE ONLY HAS 9 TEETH LEFT IN HIS MOUTH. HE HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO GET DENTURES. I READ THE COMMENTS AND MOST PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WHO CARED SO LITTLE FOR THEIRSELVES IN THE FIRST PLACE SHOULD EVER BE REWARDED FOR DRUG ABUSE BUT I BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE AND BOBBY IS A GOOD MAN NOW WHO GOES TO WORK EVERYDAY AND TAKES CARE OF FOUR CHILDREN THAT AREN'T EVEN HIS. IT TAKES A REAL MAN TO ADMIT THAT HE WAS WRONG AND BOBBY HAS DONE THAT IN SO MANY WAYS. HE KNOWS THAT DRUGS DESTROYED HIS LIFE AND NOW HE HAS BEEN GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE. HE THANKS GOD EVERYDAY THAT HIS LIFE HAS BEEN SPARED. I NEVER REALLY LOVED ANYONE LIKE I LOVE BOBBY AND I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HELP HIM OUT. WE HAVE SUFFERED GREAT TRAGIDY IN THE LAST YEAR. MY 31 YEAR OLD BROTHER DROWN IN AN IRRIGATION CANAL AND TEETH ARE REALLY THE LAST THING ON OUR MINDS BUT I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO SEE BOBBY SMILE AND TO NOT BE IN PAIN OVER HIS TEETH. WE HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH PAIN BUT LIKE I SAID EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE, AND I BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF US.HE IS CLEAN AND DESERVES TO SMILE ABOUT IT!!!!

I enjoyed watching this show. I am an Employment Training Worker for the County Of Kings, in Hanford Ca. I am facilitator with Employment Training, with Welfare clients. I saw the show MAKEOVER for Life: Meth Faces. I think our client would benefit from this specific film. I would like to order it if possible. Please let me know how I can get help in ordering it. We work with identifying barriers to clients which keep them from obtaining jobs and keeping them. We find Meth as a major problem.

I love your website. I was browsing through your comments and came across this show topic. I didn't see the show but the emotions it raised make me angry with myself. It took me a while to realize it was jealousy, pure and simple. I, like so many others, struggle each and every day against insane odds to make ends meet,
much less get expensive dental care, take a class, join a gym or do those special things that can enrich and enhance our lives. Those things we need to put us over the top. We accept that nothing in life is free. Everyone deserves a chance to do and be the best they can be, but if you think that a new haircut or wardrobe will give an addict the confidence, as if that is what's needed, to stay clean, you really are misunderstanding the nature of addiction. I have no right to be jealous, but being human, we always covet what we need when we cannot see any way to get it it, and fortunately for some, like me, the negative feelings pass and we go along our way. The one thing I am sure of is that the City, State and Federal governments lean over backwards to assist recovering addicts who have been in rehabilitation, with medical, housing, and classes so it appears to me that aside from being on a national show, the actions were redundance.

Hey Tyra, i have recently started watching your show and I am really enjoying it! I am 18 years old. My grandma has been living with my family for a year and a half now, she had a stroke about two years ago. She is paralized on her left side. I love my grandma but my sister and I do everything for her, while my mom is at work. I am struggling at continuely loving her, everytime she askes me to do something i feel angry. I know i sound selfish, and i dont mean to but a year and a half of helping grandma with everything, is hard.

to those who think they are better then addicts; I say to all of you... go get an education.
