Hello Tyra
My name is Vivian and I'm 42 years old. In 1996 I had the GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY because of my weight gain after having my two children I was a wooping 255lbs. After the surgery I lost 108 lbs in 7 months and now I'm at that stage when your teeth go bad they are brittle (and yes there is SUPER NAIL GLUE)holding one of my eye teeth togather, not only that but I look good in clothes but when I take them off always behind locked doors I have loose skin on my stomach that hangs down it is about 4 inches of skin so I have to stuff it in my pants when ever I get dressed. Get this not only do I keep my mouth closed when taking pictures and always holding my head down to laugh or put my hand in front of my mouth so no one can see the super nail glue thats holding my front and eye tooth in tack. I don't date at all how could I? I have no sex life because I'm too ashamed and I cannot bite anything head on the glue is not that strong it will come out. Can you imagine having dinner with a man that you think is just right and wonderful for you and he feeds you across the table to take a bite out of his plate....I think I would jump off a bridge...I feel I went through this for nothing I was known for my smile and now I look like and old lady who has all her molars missing so my jaws sunk in...Please Help me I just found out that I will be a grandmother for the first time in Jan 2008. After being divorced for 5 years my heart is on safe mode I only speak to men on line and the moment I feel they are starting to have deeper feelings for me I pull back and go into the deepest depression and fall off the face of the earth and they give up. It hurts me to know that true love is at my grasp and to know if they meet the real me they would run away horrified.
HURTING PLEASE HELP!

Hi Tyra!
I would love to be considered for a makeover. Although I do love the way I look, and I do feel sexy, I would like to have a makeover to impress my husband. He is constantly telling me that I dress too provocatively. I want to have a makeover where, I am conserative, but still looking and feeling sexy. It's hard for me to find clothes to fit me simply because I am a 24 year old, and I look more like a 15 year old. Sometimes I'm mistaken for a 12 year old. It's a great thing for me because I know that in the future I won't look my age, but I hate not being able to dress my age either. It's sad to say that my 14 year old neice hands me down her clothes because she knows they fit me. It's funny, but sad. Please help me. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Sara

Hey, Tyra, I would like to be considered for a make-over for a few reasons. First, I would like to see myself as a sexy individual because my husband says he sees it in me, but I have yet to look in the mirror and say "Damn, I'm sexy." I'd like that kind of confidence. Second, I'd like to look really sexy for my husband. He's in the U.S. Air Force and deploys. The day he leaves is when I start planning on what to wear when he gets home. So, I'd like to REALLY surprise him. Third, I have 3 kids.. the oldest being 3 yrs old. I'm not huge, but I could look better. I have jelly belly and would love to feel sexy despite it. I want to work out to get rid of it on my own, but having the kids on my own is a juggling act that I can't seem to fit a work-out into. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Tyra,
First, I would love to say you are doing a great gob both on ANTM & your talk show. Secondly I would love to get one of your makeovers because I had an accident at 8yrs old which left me cross eyed, i lived like that for 16 yrs until I had a surgery done in New York to correct it. Now i'm afraid to admit that i still see myself in the mirror a crodded eyed little girl. I am now 24yrs old. I wore bangs to hide my flaw and now I need help feeling and looking good now that i'm no longer cross eyed.

Dear Tyra,
I think you should consider me for the Tyra Makeover for more reasons than one. I am 30 years old and a single parent of two children. I never seem to have money or time to so anything for myself. When ever I think I can do somthing for myself I either find something else to do for my kids or try to do somthing for someone else. When I do try and buy something nice for myself I always think it looks better on someone else. I can't seem to buy shoes that I really like because I have had surgery on my left leg. Clothes that I really like seem to not fit right because I have a size difference on my left side. As a result of being paralyzied as a child. So Tyra I hope you think I deserve a Tyra Makeover. Thank You in advance. Akita

Dear Tyra,
I am a single mother of 7 month old twin daughters. I am also a college student who has a few more classes to take in order for me to receive my B.A. I've put on some weight since giving birth to my girls and nothing fits me anymore. With my daughters being very demanding, I haven't had time to do anything for myself. When I do go out of the house, it's mainly to the supermarket, and the close that I have on make me feel so uncomfortable. I don't like the way my body looks and sometimes that makes me a little depressed.
I feel that maybe a better wardrobe will give me that temporary boost in my life until I can lose the weight that I put on from my pregnany. If you could help me out I would be so excited.
Thank you. Good Luck in N.Y. I love you much and keep up the good work.

Whenever I go out people give my husband dirty looks. Last month we went to a wine festival with our kids and they looked at me and asked my husband are all 3 YOUR KIDS!! I was soooo embarrassed and that has got to stop. I am so tired of looking 15yrs old I want to look my age. I am tired of people judging me because I look 15yr old with 2 kids. I get treated horrible when I even go into a nice store I get followed around because they think I am going to steal. When I go to a restaurant with my kids I don't even get good service because they must assume that I am a kid who's not going to leave them a good tip. IT SUCKS!! Please HELP ME!!

Hey Tyra how are you? My friends say that my wardrobe is so outdated well they say that I dress like my grandmother be dressing me or they might say that "You must been rasied by your grandmother". I kind of like my style at times but it is not the same style as others. I want to be and look different from others but I just don't want to go over the extreme with it and I live in Manhattan,Kansas and pretty much all my peers at Manhattan High School dress really nice. I would like to dress really nice but have my own style at the same time so MAY you PLEASE HELP ME with that ?
Thanks love, LaTisha Todd:)

Hi Tyra! You can stop looking for your "Tyra Makeover Candidate!" "Cause girl, I'm the one! I am a stay-at-home-mom to my only child, a 6 year old boy. My husband and I were late starting our family. I am 47 years old, and he is a 46 year old fireman. I am a plus size woman, who has had many different hair cuts, but only knows how to curl my hair one way! My daily attire is: black t-shirt and jean capris...everyday, whatever the season! I'm always available, so why not take a chance on me? Thank you for your consideration....Christine

Dear Tyra!
My name is Emily and I am from a small town in Georgia. All my life I have felt ashamed of how I look because I have always been plus size. I feel like I am this ugly person who in the end will die alone because nobody will want to be with me. I was a size 16-18 just in six grade and now far from that. I have always felt limited as far as style and fasion goes. I honestly don't know how to do make up correctly and I don't know what is best for me. I have tried but always feel like I don't know what I am doing and I just feel like I fail! I am now a 19 year old college student who wants to look good but not only that feel good about who I am. That is why I would like you to concider me for a makeover!I think that your makeover could help me alot! Thanks

Hi Tyra! First, I just want to say that you are a wonderful and generous person and I think you are the most positive role model for women and young women. I'm writing to you to hopefully give my mom a makeover. She's had a hard life so far, and she's overcome so many things that I know were very hard for her. She's had drug addictions, abusive boyfriends, and many medical problems, including missing many of her teeth. I feel that she's finally planted both feet on the ground and I would really love to do something nice for her. Thanks again Tyra!

I am married, a mother of 2, and a student on extern. Life is busy and i want a look to show inependece, sophistication, and maturity. I am reaching new goals and would kinda like to have that reward. Of having the look to match my new accomplishments. I wil soon be entering into the corporate world, and leaving the other work behind. Thanks and much love.

I get treated horrible when I even go into a nice store I get followed around because they think I am going to steal. When I go to a restaurant with my kids I don't even get good service because they must assume that I am a kid who's not going to leave them a good tip. IT SUCKS!! Please HELP ME!!

Hey Tyra,
I am a 24 year old female. I am 5'2" and weigh 180lbs!!! which is my all time highest weight. My biggest problem is my body shape. I have broad shoulders, big breasts, and no behind (and im an african american!!). I have trouble finding clothes to fit me properly and because I wear a uniform to work (as a corrections officer) I barely have time to doll up. Please help!! My 25th birthday is next year and Im planning a huge birthday bash. I have recently started dating the man of my dreams. But all he ever sees me in are my pj's and my uniform. I would love to have a new look for my birthday and for my new man. Please help!!
Thanks for your time and consideration and even if I dont get the makeover please know that i still think you are fiiiieeeeerrrrce!!!!!!

Hi Tyra,
I love your show! I would love the chance to be made over by you. I am a 36 year old stay at home mom. I have an 18 year old and an 11 year old. May 20th I will be celebrating my 20th anniversay and I would love to look faboulous. I have been on weight watchers for the past couple of months and have lost 13 pounds so far.

Help! I am sooo cheap i can't seem to find a look that feels to fit me. I usually shop at the thrift stores and can pull off many styles. But I am ready for a change.
