My name is Felecia. First off let me tell you how much I love you. I try to watch The Tyra Show everyday(sometimes my schedule doesn't allow it)and also ANTM(schedule again)
I am a 26 year old single mother of a beautiful 6 year old daughter. I would love it if you gave me a makeover, because I am young but I feel twice my age. I work full time, and in school part time and am doing it all with the help of my family. Taking care of my daughter takes a lot out of me and sometimes I want to give up. I started working a night job(10pm-8am) so that I can be able to take my daughter to school, pick her up, and help her with her homework. She doesn't understand yet, but eventually she will. She gets upset when I leave to go to work and she is very clingy. She has a hard time whenever I leave her, except when she goes to school. I am so exausted all the time and would really appreciate it if you could do something with my look. I dont really know my bra size so I hardly ever wear one, I need to work out( gained about 30lbs in the past year), I have had high blood pressure, I had HPV virus but it has since gone away(not sure what happened there). I'm not quite sure how to put on makeup or even what the right makeup is for me. I can't find the right clothes to fit since I gained the weight, I'm not very outgoing(like to stay home as much as possible). I'm not happy with myself on the inside or outside. No one would be able to tell because I can put on a good front for people. I was on antidepression medicine for about a year, and sleeping pills..i've taken a lot of medication over the past few years. I've been trying really hard to do what I have to do for me and my daugter without any help from her father but it's really hard. I let myself go, not realizing I was doing that until it was too late. My hair was really damaged a couple years ago so I cut it all off. It has grown back, but I don't take care of it like I should. I perm it and use a flat iron to make sure it looks good on Sundays. I don't need/have to dress up or do my hair or makeup for work so I wear a lot of sweatpants and t-shirts, because there really comfortable and easy to put on. I only dress up for Church and I don't go out with my friends. I don't even date. I have no real life anymore, because my ex took that away from me. It's been four years since I left him, but it still hurts and if I looked better then I would feel better. He was very abusive in every aspect of the word, but what hurts is the fact that he doesn't take care of his daughter. I have to fight him in court and still nothing. I've decided to give up on chil support because it took me away from work and there was no solution. Please Tyra help me to feel better about myself and in return be able to live like a regular 26 year old.

First let me say how much i LOVE your show. If anyone deserves a make over, it's my mom. She has raised my sister and I by herself for 16 years. She has no support from my father and we have not seen him for about 16 years. My mom works full time and has done anything and everything for us. She has worked so hard to put us through private school until high school and now she is putting us both through college. She just turned 60 and she really deserves something like this just for her. She is a beautiful person inside and out and i want her to see what i see. She has been through a lot in life and she still always puts her family first! She has been through 2 brain aneurisms, and 3 c-sections! She could definantly use a little fashion help.... if you look at pictures when i was born you will notice that she still wears a lot of the same stuff and im almost 21! She has also gained a little bit of weight since her good friend past away and even though she is still petite, she doesnt have a very good self image anymore. She has had pretty much the same hair style since ive been alive, and she almost always wears blue/purple eyeshadow no matter what she is wearing. I love her to death and i think that a makeover would give her a better self perception and help her love her body and self more. please help! hope to hear back!

hello tyra! my friend and i are shooting to make a trip to watch your show this summer and go on a road trip! im writing because i want a make over for my mom! she is a beautiful lady but she could definantly use some help! She has been through 2 brain aneurisms and 3 c-sections. she has always worried more about her kids and family then herself. if you look at some pictures of my mom you will notice that she still wears some of the clothes that she was wearing when i was born! i am almost 21 now!! and her hair has been pretty much the same forever.... and she usually wears blue, pink/purple eyeshadow no matter what she wears! she also recently gained a little bit of weight and even though she is still petite, she isnt very happy with her body image. it would be amazing if she could get a make over and i know she would be nothing but thankful... she could definantly use a pick me up... she deserves something good to happen in her life and this would be the perfect thing! hope to hear back:)

I think I may have the perfect person for a make over: my mom. She's going through a divorce right now, and it's really taking it's toll on her. She's been married to my verbally abusive dad for 26 years, and she's finally getting away. She also takes wonderful care of my two brothers and me, and we've all got mental health issues. She has been so supportive to me my whole life, through thin and thick, and I just love her. My mum works full time, she's an high school ELL (English Language Learner) teacher, and she tries to take care of herself, but just doesn't have the time, or know how...
She also has REALLY low self-esteem, and some significant body-image issues (which she would never admit to). I think a make over would be wonderful for her. Especially since she is going to be through with her divorce soon, and dating again. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, :) I hope you have a good day.

I love your show and I watch it all the time. I am a freshman at Villa Julie College. I'm in my second semester in college and I feel I need a make over. I feel like I still dress like I'm in high school. I have been wearing the same clothes and hair ever since I was a freshman in high school. I just don't know what to wear or how to dress like a college female. I want to look like a college student and feel confident. I think I am beautiful but I just want to worry more about school than what I wear.

On the weekends she has to feed and take care of three more children, myself included, and it honestly takes a toll on her. She has always been insecure about the way she looks and her financial situation doesn't really permit her to spend any money on herself, especially to keep up with her appearance. She's always willing to go without if it means she can do something for someone else and I think it's time she got a little help. She's extremely skinny and not always being able to find clothes for her body makes her even more self-conscious. Her usual attire is her husband's or my brother's clothing and I think that's very degrading for her not to have anything she can feel pretty in. I was browsing on the website and couldn't find any upcoming shows about makeovers for mothers, so I just wanted to drop a comment asking if there would be any more upcoming makeover shows for mothers who work so hard for others, but rarely take time for themselves. My mother is exactly like that, and I would love for her to have a day just for her so she can relax and take care of herself!

I'm 21, and my younger sister who is 15 and I live with my mother who is pretty much a single parent trying to take care of a house, a teenager, work full-time, and go to school. My parents are divorced, and although they do share custody of my litte sister, my mom is pretty much the only financial provider for the family, so she struggles daily to take care of things. I do have a part-time job, but with school loans and everything, my money rarely makes a difference for her.

She works full-time and is going to school to get her diploma for medical billing, so between that and school, she is already overrun. Add in a 15-year old with a social life of her own, and you can only imagine how busy she gets! She never takes time for herself to just relax and enjoy life. I would love it if she could just have a day where she could focus on how beautiful she is both inside and out!

I would just love it if there was a show about overworked mothers where they could get pampered and live the life they deserve! So if there is any information about that, I would love to find out, because I know my mom definitely deserves it :-) Thanks so much for doing what you do! You really make a difference for a lot of people out there :-)

Hello, my name is Amber. I live in Anniston Alabama. I am 29 years old and a stay at home mom of 2 beautiful little girls Hannah 3yrs and Haley 16 mos. Before I got pregnant I was really into fashion and taking care of myself. It seems when you have kids all your time and energy goes to them, which I am not complaining! They are my world, but I am starting to miss who I used to be and I don't know how to find her. I weighed about 115 before I had my first child and I gained about a 100 lbs with her. I HATE looking in the mirror at what I see. I wanted to know if I were chosen if me and my mother could do this together, we are very close and she never does for herself, its always everybody else and church! She is amazing! I want her to feel as beautiful as she really is inside and out! I watch your show when I can and Tyra you are amazing! You are a powerful and inspiring woman who I really look up to. Everything about you is good and pure!! Also, your relationshop you and your mother have, it's wonderful how close you are!!!
