Tyra,
I don't know if this is the correct forum for this but, I am an almost 23 year old, soon to be finally graduating college. In feb 2004, I promised myself I would not graduate at 272 lbs and full of hatred for myself. So since then, I have shed 106 lbs and counting thru diet and exercise. Although now, I feel worse about my body. It seems no amount of exercise and dieting can fix not only the years of negative self esteem, but also the massive negative effects of being morbidly obese. At 5'8, I wake up every morning examining the extra skin pooled on my inner arms, the sagging thighs, the stomach that can fold in upon itself, but cannot seem to disappear, the all too small breasts deflated, and coated with stretch marks. With clothes on, I'm an average girl, but clothes to me are jeans and shirts that hide those flaws and reminders of my journey. I won't be caught dead in shorts or a bathing suit. I am not even comfortable changing in front of my boyfriend. I would say the only option for me would be a miracle, and I'm ashamed to post this but I feel i've worked too hard to better myself to still see and hate myself and my every flaw, so with my addiction to your show as well as ANTM, I thought maybe I could find my miracle with you.

Hey Tyra!
I would really like to get my step mom Valerie a makeover. She has been through 2 shoulder surgeries that have not been successful. Every day it takes all she has to get out of her chair ( she can't sleep in her bed anymore because it's too painful) to get her 2 little girls ready for school. By the time they are off to school she has no more energy to fix herself up and back to her chair she goes. I talk to her everyday and she is just really depressed. I know a makeover can't fix her physical problems but emotionally it may pick her up a bit. She has black bags under her eyes due to lack of sleep in the past 2 years. Please please please Tyra help her out!
Thank you!

Hi Tyra, I would love for your glam squad to makeover my sister. She is a 40 year old single mom and has had a very hard time of it. She works fulltime and with no real local support system she rarely has time or the money to spend on herself. She has a heart of gold always attracting the type of guys who need help in some way or another. Over the past 5 years or so I just notice her going in and out of depression and just a blanket "Im tired" kind of mode. She is very attractive but I think due to a difficult relationship with her childs father and certain family members her spirit is a a little worn. She would give her last arm to a stranger if they needed it and I just want to make sure that she understands all she can be if she just takes a bit of time out for her. Its just the two of us our mom passed away while we were young. Im all she has and I live 4 hours away... I just want her to have her spirits lifted so she can see what I see and what she used to be. I would appreciate anything you could do...

Hey Tyra, I am 25 and and 4 months pregnant, I know you do a lot of makeovers for women and men who just want them or need them. As for me I am one who really wants one, being 4 months pregnant(showing since 2 months) and not fitting into any of my usual sexy clothes is not fun and I dont feel sexy at all. Even though my boyfriend tells me all the time that I am sexy I dont feel it, in my opinion I feel he is required 2 say that since I am big. I figured maybe you can focus your show on making pregnant women feel sexy, because I cant find sexy maternity clothes. Going out aint fun, because i am usually in sweats. I would LOVE the chance for this especially since your in NY now...dont worry about transportation I will take the train to your studio. Please consider this idea!

Hi Tyra,
My name is Rose Tipton and I'm 49 yrs old. I live in Sylmar, Ca and have been on disability for a back injury. I just recently gained back 40 lbs. again, partly from the medication I take. I'm in great need of a makeover from you for my daughter and I. Let me explain. First my daughter, She is 32 years old and has a 9 year old daughter. She not only does the housework because I can't with my pain level
but she also takes care of her daughter, boyfriend,me and works a full time job on top of eveything else.
Her boyfriend complains because she wears sweats all the time -- even in the summertime and with her job she has to wear red an kacky as her only color. It's like a uniform
for them. Anyway her & I would love a makeover from you. Me, I haven't had a date with a man in over 12 years. I feel like I'm losing it at 49. Please let us know whether you can help us out
Love,
Rose & Colleen

Dear Tyra,
I have always been a fan of yours and love what great things you do on your show.
I would like to know if my mom can recieve one of your makeovers. About seven years ago (i think) my father left and divorced my mom. She was devestated but got over it, and she says she is perfectly fine, but recently I have figured out she is not. She works a full time job, goes to school full time, lives pay check to pay check and takes care of me and my brother (14 and 9). She does not have any time for herself anymore and just seems like she has forgot that she is a beautiful woman with such amazing aspects about her. I love her so much and just want her to be happy and comfortable with herself. Please consider putting her on your show. I love her so much and she deserves this makeover. She works so hard and rarely gets something back. I just want her to be happy again and I know this will help. Thank you very much.

Hi Tyra,
I'll be turning 21 this year in October and I really don't look like I'm in my 20s. I'm a little over 5 feet tall so I look very young; some people mistake me for being in high school or even elementary school. I'm kind of stuck in high school fashion-wise. I always just wear jeans, a t-shirt, hoodie, and sneakers. I really want to update my style so I look more sophisicated and professional, but I don't know where to start. I don't want people to mistake me anymore for being a teenager. Please help me!

Dear Tyra,
I am 21 years old and not the normal young woman my age. I barely go out to have fun. The main reason behind all of this is...my weight. In highschool I was thin and beautiful! SIX YEARS LATER I AM 90 POUNDS HEAVIER & OBESE. I know that I am beautiful and I have started to watch what I eat and even get up everday before work to exercise. I do not see any change.
It is also difficult because I work full time and go to school full-time, but I am willing to do whatever it takes, I just need a push.
I want to be able to graduate college and be confident when going into the job market. I want to be healthy so that I can one day have children, at this rate I don't think it will ever happen. I have health issues too, I don't want to live like this anymore.
Please help!
Thanks,

Tyra, first let me say I love watching your shows. I have been watching ANTM for years and have been watching your talk show just recently. My name is Sacha and I am 25 years old, a new mother of a beautiful daughter who is 1, and a wife to a wonderful man. Even with all of this in my life, I have been suffering from depression for the last 4 or 5 years and am just realizing it. I have been overweight almost all of my life. I have been doing yoyo diets and everything I can to get the weight off but haven't been able to. I have no sense of style, everything I seem to pick out that I think is cute makes me look fatter than I really am. I want to look beautiful for my family and I want to begin to feel a little better about myself. Please help! I am tired of feeling like I will never be good enough for my husband!

I'm a little over 5 feet tall so I look very young; some people mistake me for being in high school or even elementary school. I'm kind of stuck in high school fashion-wise. I always just wear jeans, a t-shirt, hoodie, and sneakers. I really want to update my look so I look more sophisicated and professional, but I don't know where to start.
