I loved your show because some of the topics on the show had help so many young woman. I need help, because I'm lost and I didn't know what to do or where to turn. My sister is in a relationship with a druggie b/f. Recently, she told me that he hit her and throw her against the wall. I told her to get out of the relationship, and I tried to convince her into doing what she loved, modeling. But the problem is, that she is too short, she was 5'2 because she's Asian and she didn't have any hope, except being in the abusive relationship. Do you know any agency accept short model and if she won't get out of the relationship, what should I do, I can't tell my parent because I'm afraid my sis won't speak to me again if she found out that i tell my parent. Please help. Thank you.

Hey Tyra! 1st i want 2 tell u that i luv ur show and how real u r, u r great! Also, I have always wanted 2 b a model, but i'm not tall, i'm 5 ft. 3 inches, so i know i couldnt do runway and such, but i just want 2 do something in the modeling business and i was wondering if u have any ideas of what i could do? I have been trying 2 persue this 4 about the last five yrs, also have taken classes that i paid 4 and done a few promotional jobs and didnt get paid, but i am just not getting anywhere! I feel so disapointed and lost, I really want 2 b a model so bad! i was wondering if u could give me some ideas, places,and people that would help me out and get me started w/out costing a lot of money and make me successful fast. Everyone says that i am beautiful and i should b a model, i am from New York, am 27 yrs old, and 5 ft 3 inches like i stated above, just 2 give u a better idea of where i am coming from! Hi Tyra. I really need your help. I have been working on becoming a model for a while now, and i know it's ot an easy career to get int but i really believe i have potential, and so does many others. like everyone else i would also love to become a model. i'm asian america, so what comes with that is my heigh. i'm 5'1-5'2, and weight 108 pounds. i know i might not have the heigh but maybe my looks. i hear that there's alot of different modeling from high fashion runways to plus sizes model and so on. so maybe i'll fall in there somewhere. i would like to know if u have any suggestions on how to get started? i'm new at this and don't have the slightest clue at where to start. so if u can help i would appericate it. and if u know of any agents in or around sacarmento califorina. thank u!!!

Good morning Tyra! I enjoy watching your shows & I think that it is great that you've started ANTM. I have 3 beautiful girls that also enjoy watching ANTM. I think that you are a very down to earth person who is real and very genuine! You are a great role model for young ladies(especially African American women) which is good and is in such a need right now with all that has been going on with young actresses in the news lately setting bad examples for young ladies that may look up to them and have watched since they themselves were younger. I have a teenage daughter that I've wanted to get into modeling since she was 2yrs old but it's been difficult being a single parent & also financial issues. I live in Atlanta and I would like to know if there are any agencies in Atlanta that would work with my situation and are great for African American teens?

hey tyra i'm only a teenager but as you know to be a model is tough and they always want new young and fresh faces. i have obsolutly NO experience in this but i've always wanted to be a model i just never thought i could do it. i wanted to try out sooo badly for antm for the new season but i'm too young so ppplllzzzzz keep doing the show for the next couple of years so i can have the same oppertunity that all those other girls had. i'm only a sophmore in high school so i have a ways to go i wanted to go to that camp that you had but mii family doesn't have money for that. i'm the middle of seven so its really hard to get the same attention and benifits most teenagers get . thankyou i love your show! muahz , jojo

just this afternoon i went to john casablancas in beverly hills for a screen casting with bernadette heyer. She said she used to be a model & what not & i need to pay over $1,000 for professional acting classes there.
I dont really wanna pay that much money unless this is a legit agency.
They said they've brought up people such as drew barrymore, cameron diaz, & even you. Please let me know if this is worth the money and if it will really help me become successful. Thank you !

I love your show! I think you're an amazing person. I'm 16 years old and I would like to model. I was in Ford modeling when i was younger but when they started asking for money my parents took me out of it, although they ended up paying anyways. At the time i hadn't really cared but now that i'm older i want to go back to modeling. Do you know any good modeling agencies?
P.S. I've watched ANTM every season and i love the show and i was wondering if 16-year olds can go to tapings...and how do you do that fierce look of yours?

Hi Tyra! My name is Christine & I have a quick question for you. Is HollywoodAuditions.com a reputable modeling/acting agency?

I filled out something on their website & a few days later a respresentative called me. She had a very sweet tone,& she was talking about getting my resume & online portfolio going. However, I had to pay $368. This fee included my portfolio online for 3 years and I would have access to a list of auditions that were available online. I did pay it, only because every other company I have gone through expected money too. I do get to view the auditions as promised. Did I make the right choice though? Will any casting agent ever look at my online portfolio on hollywoodauditions.com? Thank you so much! Take care!
