hello im looking for information on castings and modeling agencies no pictures some consider me eye candy and others plus size 23 yrs a.a.

I am currently deployed to Baghdad, Iraq. I have had the passion to model for a long time and with height, I do not see a problem, I am 5'10". I, however, need an experts opinion on my look to decide how to pursue modeling while completing missions in the Army during the initial stages of modeling. We recently held a "runway" show out here for some of our soldiers and I had a blast. It fueled my passion for modeling even more. I have however, no direct means to get started and was hoping you could help. I REALLY wanted to find out how to make one of the ANTM tryouts but, obviously, am not able to. I do have photos from the night of our "runway" show if you wanted to see what a Baghdad show would look like=) I would appreciate your honest, professional opinion. Thank you!

I want to start by saying you have inspired my bestfriend and I to go after our dream of becoming young African-American entrepreneurs in the fashion indistry. I have a passion for fashion and a vission that I feel will be very successful. We want to open our own boutiqe, but there's also this fear holding me back and this is very hard to admit but I think it's because of the color of our skin. I hate to have that type of mentality but everytime I try to get pass that it tends to cross my mind every now and then. Please send us some advice or just a few helpful words. I wanted to ask if there were other agncies I could look at other than Elite Atlanta.If possible please give me some sites for legitimate agencies based in Atlanta because it is quite difficult for me to tell which agencies are legitimate because I heard that some modeling agencies would ask you to pay only a registeration fee.HOWEVER,I am still unsure about "real" agencies in Atlanta.I would also like to say thank you so much for educating young girls like me.

I am 5'6 and I feel like i dont have a chance because every modeling agency I have looked into wants girls to be 5'7 or taller. I understand that I dont have that great of a chance to become a super model but is there any other modeling I can do? I am starting to give up on my dream but I dont want to let it go. A lot of my friends and family say that I look like Cameron Diaz, Christie Brinkley, and Miranda Kerr (the victorias secret model). They tell me all the time I should be a model. I know that I can and I have a lot of confidence in my self. So that is why I am writing you for help. You are such a role model to me and I love your show. Do you have any advice?

Names Brooke and im 16 years old. IM bisexual and to make long story short my parents and family doesnt know.if i told them they would disown me and hate me for ever. i hate hiding my feelings and i was with a girl named kara for 2 years almost and i had to hide it from them.
ive also hidden other girl relationships and i am sick of it.

I've been watching your shows and they really inspired me to become a model. People have always told me that I should be a model because of my height and what not,and when I was little, I used to practice in front of the mirror. Anyway, I'm doing research on agencies and stuff, and I haven't found one near where live(Lynchburg,VA). But I just wanted to say thank you for helping me find something I want to do with my life.
