My name is Chris and I am 22 years old.

On your show you touch lightly on alcoholism and drugs, but I don't know if you ever really went deeper and went into specifics on drug addiction and alcohol.

Basically, I was recently diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder. I tense up in social settings, and even every day life activities and become overly self-conscious. I feel like people are always talking about me and I feel like I will be scrutinized for saying the wrong thing.

I am a normal guy, but this S.A.D. is really taking a toll on my life.

I have become dependent on alcohol to get me through life's situations, and even social situations. It's so bad that I have to drink before I go to the mall and shop, before I go to the barber shop, before I have a conference call for work to just name a few things.

But this might sound strange, but alcohol has really helped me over the last two years. I excelled in my job interview, I excel at work, and I actually have made a ton of friends.

I am not trying to send out a wrong message saying alcohol is great, but basically the point I am trying to make is that I need alcohol to relax me to get me to a "normal" state and enjoy life like everyone else. This concerns me because I know eventually that it will start to take a toll on my body and health.

I have seeked help and my doctor put me on medications but they have not yet worked. I have even tried to buy self-help tapes (Overcoming Social Anxiety) and it seems like nothing works.

I just think this would be a good topic on your show.

There was a time when I didn't care for your show. I'm just not into fashion and makeup. Tyler Perry was on and I had to tape it so I could watch it later. Then I would notice that before I went to work that your topics started to get more interesting. Now I try and watch it everyday before I go to work or I set my DVR to record. Well, i was in class one day and this lady was talking about this pretty singer she saw on t.v and referred to her as Bounc'e (like bouncy), i was like no you mean Beyonce. First, let me say that you are HILARIOUS! I was watching your show with the skin care secrets and you had me rolling!! I knew you were talking about Vaseline...but your delivery was soo funny!! I always tell my daughter that I think that you are the most HONEST and sincere celebrity out there! I LOVE when you talk openly about your flaws (we all have them) but I really love that about you. I am going to be 34 this year (and I look A LOT younger) and I have a 13 1/2 year old daughter and I always remind her that there is A LOT more to women today than the booty shakin that is portrayed on TV and videos and I always reflect on the positive things that you are doing, as well as myself, so that she can see REAL women conduct themselves as such. Keep up the excellent work! I always tell my friends that you and I should "hang out", because you seem like such a sweet person! Hey Tyra you do not know how excited I was when I heard you were goin to have beyonce on your show. I watch your show everyday since the moment it aired. I've seen every show you've done and loved them all . I am the biggest beyonce fan and when I say biggest I mean biggest. I have all her cd's and posters magazines anything that has to do with beyonce I have. She inspires me so much.

Not only do I love beyonce I love you to. I think your so humble and sweet. I love the issues you touch on in your show because I think people in our society today need to hear them. Although I may not be able to relate to every issue but I still listen.
