Over the past few years, reality TV has become a phenomenon in American culture. Often, ordinary people are placed in extraordinary situations and have the potential to become celebrities. But most people that go on reality shows usually wind up facing a lot of issues they didn't expect. Do you think the benefits of going on a reality TV show outweigh the negatives?

Well, it all depends on how u look at it. For the family that had Paris of course the world would be turned up side down...they went looking for an easy answer to advertise there wine and ended up with 2 brats they had to baby-sit! Now the lady that was on the apprentice…she is someone who happens to be wise in the entertainment industry , she knows how to create drama (border line crazy at times) without losing her fans. She just ended up lucky…not everyone can stay in the spot light as long as she has, but when the spotlight gets dim what is she going to turn to? Was it all worth it 10 yrs. Down the road. Divorced and reputation of a mean crazy woman. That’s not how I would want to be remembered…would u. I think it would be funny to see the “princess” with her own show, somewhat like the simple life. In the end these people are still people and I will not lose any sleep over there quest for fame! …love your show Dr. K I watch it everyday. ~Jen
