Disagree on How to Raise the Kids?

I am trying to sit down with him to discuss a way that we both agree on, but its hard when you have been doing it one way for years and to try to change or get the kids use to this new change isnt easy.

We have a 3 month old son and we cant seem to agree on how to raise him. My husband believes in strict punishment and so do i to a point but not as much as he does .

My husband and I disagree on how we should raise our kids.We have 4 all together, he has a 9yr old boy and 13 yr old girl and the 4 month old we have together, I have a 7 yr old boy and we can't reach an agreement on punishments or do's and dont's for all the kids.
